Chapter 7: Taste Like Yours

- Grayson POV -

It is not easy. She's so cold to me anyway. But I just like her reaction to every of my tease, so cute. And today, I took her to an ice cream parlor. I guess, it's a success. I picked her favorite pistachio that I found out earlier on her Instagram. Why am I being so romantic? I think ice cream is just a good exception for her to spend some time with me.

"Hey it's a compliment, other girls will fall for it eventually" I said

"I am not those girls" she said as spooned some of her ice cream

"Yes you're not, you're different Princess" I smiled, as placing my hand onto her left palm. I held it tighter as she tried to pull it back.

She remained quiet, as I held her hand with both of my hands.

"Do you like the ice cream here?" I tried to break her silence, then took my hands off her

"Yaa it's nice, do you come here often?" she asked as stared to my eyes. Please girl don't look at me like that. She makes me nervous whenever she stares at me. I guess I'm crazy for this girl.

"Sometimes, with my boys" I said as trying to keep my cool

We spent a while, then I drove her home. I tried to make conversation but it did not really work though I feel great just by seeing her.

"Can I come in? Hmm I need to use the loo .. " I asked, with pale face

"Oh yes sure" she said as climbed out the car

- Cassiela POV -

He skipped school and picked me up (by force), but hey he took me to ice cream parlor which I really like. He drove me home too. We're seeing each other often lately, but still feeling not comfortable. I am not good in words, well I have no choice but stay quiet.

We walked into the house. I directed him to the lavatory, while I grabbed a glass of water in the kitchen. Grayson stepped out from the toilet in couple minutes and moved towards me.

"Do you want something to drink?" I offered him

"No.. thank you" he said as moving closer to me, like very close.. his breath reached my face. I stepped back, stoke to the kitchen counter, then he placed his hands onto the counter with me in between. I'm trapped.

I hate this situation. What does he want? The only I enjoyed was his smell, ok how much did I mention, he definitely has a good taste. Nothing more than that until ...

"Step back" I stared into his dark eyes

"No.. " he replied, as shook his head

He moved even closer and kiss my lips very gently, just in seconds, his phone rang, breaking the kiss. I pushed him away and he picked up the call.

- Grayson POV -

I saw her standing by the counter, with her wet lips, after drinking some water. I was about to kiss her, just seconds after I put my lips to her, my phone rang, What a perfect timing, Harry!

Harry: Where are you man, it's 6 already

Me: I'll be there shortly

It was a bit awkward when I saw good bye to her. I drove to Harry and arrived just after all the boys.

"Ah it's been very boring lately.. school, video games, parties, girls, drinks, don't you think so" Harry said as frowned

"Yeah true, but I guess not for this guy over here, what are you doing, texting who, you keep smiling to your phone" Oliver said as he grabbed my shoulder, glanced to my mobile screen

"No no.. " I said as hiding my screen

"Come on Grayski.. bring her it'd be fun" Harry said

"Anyway.. when was the last time we went to Suffolk?" Cody smiled

We visit Suffolk like once a year. Cody's family own a cottage there, it's like a getaway destination for us. It's always the four of us, walking around the village, boat trip, local wine and beer. Suffolk is memories for this brotherhood.

"Last year? Oh I see.. that's the idea" Oliver said as looking to Cody and then turned his head looking at me

"What??" I said turned my head to Cody

"Let's go there this weekend, oh I miss the local beer, and you can bring her if you want to" Harry said as raising his eyebrow

"It will be fun" Cody said

"Yeahh we got new company" Harry got excited

"Well sounds great" - I need to find out how to ask her, yes it won't be easy. Come on Grayson, think.
