Its almost midnite
I cant sleep on times like these
On a storm this strong
Teardrops on the roof beside my bed
I cover the electric socket with a stetson
I turn every light on , it will be dark soon
There was a brief black out, it was a warning
Soon it will be dark, a lighter on my pocket
And this phone on my heart
