Chapter 2: Meet Jonathan Miller

I cant believe i have to go a new school i hate being the new kid  oh hey Jonathan im a jounir i live with my so called parents Dan and Claire  and my older twin sisters Hayden and Kayden who are spoiled rotten i dont like them they are always trying to make me someone im not last year was the final straw I told my parents  i didnt want to become a lawyer and take over my fathers law firm that hes been gromming me since birth I hate it

Yeah  im rich but i dont care about the money or status  instead i told them i wanted to  follow my dream of  becoming a chef...

       *FLASHBACK*

"Mom ... Dad can i  speak with you"? I didnt realized i had  a lump in my throat  well here goes nothing " I understand  that you guys want me to grow up and become a lawyer and run the family business  but....  it seemed like forever before someone spoke "Just spit it out already Jonathan mom said

"I want to become a chef i love to cook i love to cook for others"  i said all in one breath good thing they caught on to what i said  because they way they are looking at me i didnt want to repeat myself

Dad just stared at me like i wasnt speaking  english before he spoke "Well Jonathan  i didnt know you could cook let alone be interested in it" he said with a small laugh i roll my eyes knowing my dad wasnt going to support me on this  "so what do you think mom ? I asked Hoping she would back me up on this  " Son we have a reputation  to protect  how do you think its going to  look for us your father the top lawyer  in the state and your mother the doctor  your sisters want to become actresses he laughed at the thought of his sisters becoming anything in life

"They should learn how to read first he mumbled under my breath

"Excuse us we heard  someone talking about us" they entered the room "ugh here we go alwyays gotta be the center of attentin"i huffed whatever they said in unison  "we heard you wanna be chef how cute" kayden said in a in sarcastic  tone hayden  just starting giggling  "Look i don't have time for this either support me or don't  with that i ran to my room and SLAMMED  the door "Ugh i hate them !!

*Flashback over

I realize i only had 15 to get ready for school mom decided to drive me since it was my first day "

Jon hurry up you only have 15 mins"mom yelled OK i yell back i get up up go to my closet i decide on my red and black  jordons my black cargo shorts and my bulls jersey , i go take a quick shower dry off put my clothes on and my cologne i run down the stairs my mom is honking at me ugh i said im coming dang while in the car i quickly put in my earbuds  to avoid conversation with my mom but it didnt work

"So are you excited about your first day of school ? ...  mom said

" yeah im real excited not trying to hide the sarcasm in my voice why do you care anyway?" Because i love you as hard as it may be for you to believe OK mom whispered

Yea whatever you dont act like it

I put back in my earphones cause i really dont talk anymore

When i made it to school i told my mom that im old enough to handle myself and that she didnt have to go inside with me then

Out of the corner of my eye i see this nice ass camero i wonder whos in there probably some dumb jock i started walking then i hear a voice a girl voice.. say welk isnt this just great   then i see HER she was so beautiful normally i dont go for black girls let alone THICK black girls but there was just something about her from her curves to her nice round brown eyes  to her style to her curly hair to that ass omg  good thing shes not looking at me or she wouldve caught me staring ahhh ive got to get her name even though she seemed pissed ive still gotta try I walk up to her "Hello Beautiful... She turned and looked at me like i was crazy "umm who are you talking to? she said

I started rubbing my neck i do that when im nervous i looked around she rolled her eyes shes  a fiesty one i love a challenge she just might be my greatest one " im talking to you gorgeous i say with a smirk " oh wow you dont know my name how do you just walk to someone  and have the nerve to say that

Your name is Kiarah Morrison. Isnt it? I say with a wide grin I saw it on your binder lol

Oh was all kiarah could say then she turned ans walked away i ran to catch up with her "Hey wait up" damn she walks fast

Hey im working on the next couple of chapters yay lol this book will be told from all the main characters POVs with some twists so get ready will update in a 2-3 days i wont take forever updating unless i have too :)
