Disclaimer: I do not own any characters in this fan fiction except for Eleanor and her family.

Since the tragic, the Holmes had not heard anything of the girl with the name Eleanor anymore. Life went on and the Carter's family tragic had seemed to be forgotten. Mycroft was then hold a minor place in the British government, Sherlock had given up his dream of being a pirate to become a consulting detective with his companion Dr. John Watson and was worldwide known. Eurus... Eurus had been reported dead when she tried to burn her held place at the age of 9. And no one spoke of her since then.

As for Eleanor, she was not taken to the foster care. The social worker named Mr. Brunner had brought her to his camp in America. The camp was not for any ordinary people. It was named Camp Half Blood for a reason. Because it was a camp for demigods, half Greek god and half human. Mr. Brunner had revealed to her that he was actually the one and only Chiron. The centaur who was in the Greek myths that her late mother always told her. She looked in awe when Chiron turn to his horse form.
Eleanor was leaded to a room to see the video of the camp and was introduced to the world of demigods. She found out that it was cruel, tragedy and you often ended dead, killed by monsters or died on missions. Monsters, monsters were those which killed her family that night, she realized the fact in horrified. She was determined to stay at camp not only to be safe, but also to train herself to face the world.
Apollo claimed her as his daughter that night at the camp fire.
Eleanor was delighted to know that she had relatives somewhere after losing everything.  She was leaded to where her siblings were sitting and they all cheered for their new sister. The first sibling that she met was Will Solace a 10 year-old boy with the same blonde hair and blue eyes like her. She liked him instantly. Then there was Michael Yew and Lee Fletcher, the counselors of cabin 7, also her older half-brothers. She looked up to them very much. The others were Victoria Evans, Austin Lake and Kayla Knowles.
Eleanor had found a family she never had.
Soon, she had met everyone at camp and made friend with Hypatia Jones, an Athena's daughter with brown hair and stormy grey eyes and the intelligence that could match Einstein. She reminded Eleanor of Eurus, aside from the colour of the eyes, which made her sad. She still kept the last gift from Eurus in her pocket and took a look each time she missed her. The painting was the only thing that reminded her of her tragic past, it reminded her that she should have been responsible for her family's deaths.
Three years had past from the first time she came to camp, the gods were angry at something, a new camper arrived and was claimed as a son of Poseidon not long after that, his name was Percy Jackson.
The son of Poseidon was sent to go on a mission immediately with Annabeth the daughter of Athena and Grover the satyr, due to the strange things occurred with the gods these day. Eleanor was a bit upset because she did not have a chance to go to the outside world, more specifically, to prove herself that she could handle the dangerous situations and age did not matter.
It had been 4 years since Percy arrived. And in every year in that 4 years, troubles kept building up. First the Thalia pine tree got poison, Annabeth, sister of Hypatia got kidnapped, the battle of Labyrinth got 2 of Eleanor's most respected brothers Michael and Lee killed. She was still grieving for her brothers' deaths. And then, she was preparing for the war coming up.
She was a great archer, but not a good healer. Well, not good as Will, but good enough to heal her comrades on battles. For that, she was listed in the archer team and back up healer along with her brother Austin. Her other sisters Kayla and Victoria and her brother Will was the main healers. Then there was a problem with the Ares's children. The Apollo cabin had an intense fight with them and they decide to withdraw out of the war.
The war came, Eleanor had fought. She shot monsters, healed campers and nearly got killed several time. For once, she was a hero of Olympus. Fortunately, none of her siblings died that day. Unfortunately, her best friend, Hypatia Jones, who fought bravely then died in the hand of an Empousa. Eleanor was devastated when she heard the news. The war was over, gods and demigods won, she came to the campers that had not survived. She found her, lying there, bloody face and arm. Eleanor slowly approached her best friend, embraced her in the arms and cried. The crying soon turned into a sobbing, and an hour had past. Eleanor kept holding her best friend until her siblings came and pried her away from Hypatia. She fought back but soon gave up. She was there when the Athena cabin wrapped her in the silk grey shroud and mourned her when they burned her shroud.
The war may brought a better future for demigods, but not before it destroyed them piece by piece.
Thinking that the Fates had left them alone, they did not. In the next years, Percy was kidnapped, campers was sent to searched for him, and when they found him, he was in a bloody camp for Roman demigods. Years later, Eleanor had found herself preparing for another war, she was 15 at that time.
Eleanor was fighting monsters, shot them, impaled them, slashed them with all the weapons she had. Suddenly, the world shook, a terrible voice of Gaia Mother of Earth was heard. Eleanor lost her balanced and fell. This caught her off guard, she was defenseless. That was when bad thing happened, a kampê attacked her with its venomous scorpion tail. Eleanor only see the tail whipped towards her and then black.
When she woke up, she saw all things were white, the light was unbearable, she had to cover her eyes for a while to adjust. "This must be the Elysium" she thought. She tried to get up but groaned when a sharp pain crossed her. Then an arm hurriedly steadied her, she looked up and found her brother Will, eyeing her with concern. Eleanor looked around to see she was in the infirmary. "I was not dead then" she thought and let out a sigh of relief. Then looked at her brother again, she was so in trouble.
"Eleanor Olivia Carter, how dare you be so careless" Eleanor winced at Will's outburst. Will always called her Ellie. Hearing her full name from him meant she was toasted. To her brothers and sisters, Eleanor always be their little baby, since she was younger and her body shape was... well... little.
Will informed her that the war was over and they (aka gods and demigods) won. He also told her about her wound. She had a bad cut on her right arm that probably left scar afterwards and the poison had been eliminated from her veins.
When Eleanor felt good enough to get up, she tried to help healing the wounded ones in spite of her brothers and sisters' protests and ended up days in the infirmary. It was exhausted.
Therefore, the war was over and the demigods once again received their peace... not really. After the war was over, Eleanor's father (aka Apollo the god) was punished and became a mortal (temporary). Fortunately, the only good thing was the grown romantic relationship between Will and Nico Di Angelo, a son of Hades. Eleanor was very happy for them, even though at first, she did not really like Nico because he was quite an emo and Apollo's kids despised all things emo.
The appearance of Apollo at camp made everything strange for Eleanor. Firstly, she was 16 and her father appeared to be few years older than her. Secondly, this was the second time she met him since the celebration of the war in Manhattan party. She was nervous to see Apollo around and terrified with the fact that Apollo kept observing her because of her ignorance for him. At the party after the Manhattan war, she did not talk to him, just looked at him. Apollo was exactly like what her late mother had told her.
Olivia had told her daughter about the love of her life, how he looked like, his eyes was blue and shining, always made her felt secured and warm. She always told good thing about her daughter father, not one word of hatred.
Oh how much Eleanor missed her. She thought of it every time she met her father gaze. She wished to talk to him once, to help him through this madness, but she did not know how to open up for him.
Apollo had gone on quests and probably could die. Even though Eleanor did not said it, she admitted she was afraid. The thought of losing her father, losing the best memories of her mother, was terrifying. The missions then became more complicated when her father woke up some ancient Roman Emperor. Then things eventually came to an end, Apollo once again became god. Eleanor was beyond happy. She and her siblings had help him so much.
Before Apollo left camp, he gave each of his children a gift and talked to Eleanor, a real talk, and she was grateful for that.
"Eleanor, dear, I know I can never healed your heart after your mother died, I can never fix what had happened. However, I can say that I am sorry for what happened and no matter what, I will always look after you and your siblings. I love you Eleanor, please accept my apologies" Apollo said, looking at her once they were alone together. For honest, Eleanor was more happy than she ever thought, her eyes blurred with tears. She hugged him in her arms (which was something she should never do to a god) and cried. She did not say anything, but Apollo understood. He trapped his arm around her and smile. His presence was so warm, so lovable and so comfortable. She loved it, every seconds. A moment seemed like forever, a gesture of love seemed like he had done everything for her. She was happy, she was more than happy. If words could describe her feeling right then.

Apollo left, but Eleanor still felt his presence, caring and warm from the sun. She knew, he would always be there for her, and she was glad.

Eleanor continued her education in New York and went to college in New Rome major in Fine Art. In those years of her life, many things had happened, she had reached the legal age to take upon her family's fortune, she met the Norse demigods (through Annabeth) and the Egyptian magicians (accidentally when she realized she had studied with them and Lacy, a daughter of Aphrodite, before at Brooklyn Academy for the Gifted).

Eleanor then joined the art group and became an art critic. She was old enough to left camp and started her life, not without her bow and arrows of course, they was always hidden in her bag, charmed so that the mortal did not see, she also had her dagger, which she did not usually use in her handbag for emergency. She still had the annual visit by monsters. She lived in a small apartment in New York, despite the money she received from her late family. She did not think of returning to England, even though it was her home, her birth place. However, she was not ready for it, she was not ready to face her past.
Eleanor had asked for one of the Athena children that work for the government to search for the Holmes family's information. She was shock to hear that her old best friend had died for years. She cursed the Fates for the things she had been through. The painting of her and Eurus was still clinging on the wall in her apartment, next to Hypatia and her photo before the destined war. She mourned her best friend, again. Since it happened, she had forgotten the idea of going home.
