The bear masked Anbu stares down at the unconscious rogue tied in an iron chair. He shakes his head at her and wonders to himself, 'why can't there just be one that doesn't have to be knocked out?'

Flashback

The girl starts to shake her arm out of the bear Anbu's grip. "Will you just stop struggling?" he both asks and tells her. But she doesn't listen. Instead she whirls around and head butts him in the stomach.

"Will you just let me go?" Considering her height she would have had to jump to head butt him in the forehead, so she settled for his stomach instead.

"Sorry little girly but no can do," he tries not to shout at her through his gritted teeth. He doesn't want to bring attention to his group and their mission. Who's to know if she has backup? The last thing he wants is to find himself surrounded by more rogue ninja. Bringing up his hand, he karate chops her in the back of her neck, sending her limp. He catches her in his arms and slings her on his shoulder.

'Much easier to carry them than fight them.' He tells himself. He notices his Anbu teammates sighing at him and shaking their heads but he didn't care. Because for him it was either knock her out or kill her. After all he was known for getting the job done, not being patient.

End Of Flashback

He shakes his head as he tries to forget it. But what seems strange to him is, if she beat up two Jounin then why didn't she put up a fight against him and his team?

He hadn't sensed any chakra being used when she was fighting the scouts. So she must be far stronger than what she showed.

It makes him wonder if maybe she wanted to come into the village. She was heading towards it anyway.

He'd mentioned this to the interrogation team. Now he just has to sit back and keep guard while they do their job.

The girl wakes up, finding herself face to face with another Anbu. She glares at him while he inspects her.

"So then, tell us your name." He begins the interrogation.

A quiet growl comes from the girl before she answers him, "Rain." The Anbu grunts at her answer.

"Now for your last name." Rain shakes her head. That being her answer. "Tell me it." He raises his voice, just a little bit, in an attempt to intimidate her. But it doesn't work.

"No." She lowers her head and stares at the floor.

"Ok then. Why are you here?" Keeping her head lowered she replies.

"Because I was taken and brought here, duh." A hint of sarcasm is to be heard coming from her voice.

The Anbu clearly doesn't approve of her answer. "Don't try and be smart with me little girl! Why were you heading towards our village?" He gets a small chuckle from her.

"Who's to say I was?" She looks back up. Her eyes glaring at him.

"Now now. Let me talk to her" A gruff voice comes from the door.

Everyone turns to face the Hokage as he walks up to the Rain. "Maybe she just needs a bit of space. Everyone out." Although unwilling to, everyone walks out. Leaving the Hokage and the rouge Shinobi, Rain alone.

"Is it safe to leave him in there?" One Anbu ask another.

"Probably not but he can handle one little girl, I'm sure."

Most of the Anbu had gone back to base or home. With only a few staying guard at the door. Who all jump from their casual positions as it opens. But relax again as their Hokage walks out unharmed.

"Enjoy." He walks off towards his room chuckling to himself.

The Anbu throw each other strange glances as they walk back into the room.

"Where is she?" Everyone looks at the chair to see it empty. Someone inspects the chains that held her together. Finding them to have been sliced in half.

"Up here morons." Looking up, they find Rain.

Squatting down on the pipes in the roof, swinging a kunai on her finger.

"Get her!" An Anbu shouts.

Rain puts two fingers to her head and salutes, "good look with that." And disappears, just as an Anbu attempts to grab her.

"Great job dingus!" Another shouts. "Yeah just call out that your gonna get her why don't you! Argh, the Hokage's gonna kill us. Quick find her!" He shoots out some signals and everyone quickly goes to search for her.

The Hokage returns to his office, finding someone to be sat on his desk. He chuckles, "now I know who you are I can welcome you into the village." He walks over to and sits in his seat.

Jumping of his desk, Rain nods in agreement. "It does feel strange, but comforting to be welcomed, oh and you need some better Anbu." She points out to him.

"I'm sure they'll find you any moment now. Any way, here, take this." He hands her a piece of paper. "It's a note stating that I give you permission to be in the village. You'll most likely need it."

Rain nods as she is handed something else. "You need this as well." She looks down at the blue leaf village headband. She ties it around her forehead.

"Found you!" An Anbu shouts, he runs for her but she sidesteps out of the way, causing him to crash into the wall. Turning around he flips out a Kunai and holds it in defence to Rain, who does the same.

"Enough!" The Hokage stands up slamming his hands on the desk. "Rain is now a Genin of the leaf village until she eventually passes the Chunin exam. She will also be joining a team. So you can go and tell everyone else. Goodbye." The Anbu stares at the Hokage confused. Then disappears.

Someone knocks on the door before entering. Rain watches him, she notices his strange silver hair, and the fact that he's wearing a mask. She wonders why he's hiding one eye.

"Ah Kakashi, nice to see you got my message." The Hokage greets him.

"What is it you need?" He seems to be bored. But he's curious as to who the girl wearing the headband is. He's certainly not seen her at the academy before.

"I see you've taken an interest in Rain. Its a good job too. Because instead of the usual three, you will have four Genin." Kakashi, once he realises what the Hokage means groans out of annoyance.

"why me?" He whisper to himself.

"Rain this will be your Sensei. Please go with him to meet your team. Come back here at the end of the day to get your address to your home. That's all, now off you go, I've got work to be doing."

Kakashi sighs and walks out of the door with Rain following closely behind him.

"Why do I have to have you?" He mutters.

"Because you've been told to." Rain answers him. Shaking his head he ignores her and carries on walking.

They both arrive to where three Genin are arguing. "Yo!" Kakashi calls over to them.

The three Genin turn to look at him, then at Rain who stands next to him.

"Who's that?" The pink haired girl points.

"You'll find out, as now we're going to introduce ourselves."

"Introduce ourselves? What should we say?" The pink haired asks.

"What you like, hate, your dreams, hobbies. Something like that."
