"Daddy.... don't go. Please.... don't leave me. I need you." I exclaimed as I held onto him, just the sight of him laying there with his pale skin and chapped lips is enough to tear me apart into bits and pieces. He then cupped my cheeks and faintly whisper "My sweetheart there's something I need you to know befo--"His word was immediately cut off by the sound of his heartrate monitor beeping loudly."DAD?!"he suddenly went silent... and his whole body started shaking badly causing the hospital bed to make a creaky sound. My mom immedietly stood up from the chair beside mine and ran out to call for help. I was left alone, As my father continued to shake like he was strucked by lightnings, I held onto his cold icy hands tightly and hoped he could be all warmed up again. All I could do now is repeatedly remind myself that "Everything is gonna be okay."

Just a matter of seconds, my mom came rushing in with doctors by her side and immediately gave professional help.Because of the upcoming procedure later on, we were forced to wait outside. As time flew by ,the continuous waiting with my mother had made me felt quite drowsy and cause me to fell asleep.

Not long after, the doctor opened the door. And I automatically woke up, expecting for some good news, but the expression written all over his face had told me otherwise.

He privately talked to my mother at the end of the hallway while I sat quietly on a nearby bench brushing off the taughts I had earlier. Suddenly, my mother walks up to me with tears ready to fall from her ocean blue eyes. My mom finally calmed down and told me about her conversation earlier with the doctor.Tears came running down from my eyes as my mother explained about the situation. MY. FATHER. JUST. PASSED. AWAY.

My Garden that was once filled with stunning flowers was completely shatterd and was left alone for those broken wing's butterflies. Ever since then, I felt like I had disconnected from the world.

No more play time, no more old dad jokes and no more goodnight kisses..
