•Johnny's POV•
Mr.M : so Johnny and Mackenzie.. i see you're the only student here in element high that haven't got your powers yet
I nodded, so did kenzie
Mr.M : now i'm gonna guide you on how you could try to activate it.
Now mackenzie i know you're new so just watch what me and Johnny are doing ok?
K : Ok sir
Mr.M : now Johnny do you still remember the things we have practiced?
J : yes
As i started to get in my position
Mr.M : remember relax, and concentrate
I just nodded and relax
I concentrated on my powers
I close my eyes and cleared my mind still concentrating on my hands to.
Somehow this time it's different from all the other time i've done this.
I feel like it's the time, i'm going to activate my powers! after that i felt a pinch of spark on my hands
And i open my eyes to see small lightning sparks on my hand. Realization hits me when i saw mr. Montrage's face as his eyes got even wider
My eyes grew wide realizing that i've activated my powers
But how?
And then i decides that i wan't to stop the spark so i did and it's mackenzie's turn to try
Mr.M : JOHNNY! I can't believe this! I can't believe how stupid i was for not realizing this sooner. U have the element of lightning

my eyes got even wider knowing that the element of lightning is the most rare element in the world of magic. There are only 2 in existance!
J : what?! Is it true?! I can't believe it! But the prophecy said it can only be activated once i'm near another person who controls lightning. I said freaking out
Mr.M : and i think we just found her
J : what are you talking ab-
I was shocked to see mackenzie's hand also filled with lightning sparks.
I can't believe it after all this time she's finally here. And the prophecy was right once she got here, my powers was activated
K : what is this?! I've tried my whole life and i finally activated my powers!
She said a little confused on what element she got
K : so mr. Montrage, what is my element?
Mr.M : lightning, you have lightning
K : what?! Theres no way i have lightning! I mean there's only two in this world!
J : and it's us? But how?
Mr.M : it's destiny, the world has been waiting for the both of you. I'll inform you about your powers later now get to your next class

Mackenzie and i just nodded and left.
While we were outside i decided that it would be best to tell our friends about this whole lightning thing

Johnny told me that he think it would be best if we tell our friends
And i agree with him, since were new to having powers maybe they can help
R : hey guys! Over here
Riel screamed while waving at us
J : u ready to tell them?
K : yea, i think so
I said a little bit worried
J : it's gonna be okay kenz, i promise
I nodded
R : what took you guys so long? You guys are like sloths, sooo slowww
We all laughed afted she said that
La : but seriously guys, what happened?
Lil : ya, i didn't see you guys at class
J : that's what we have been needing to tell you
L : are you guys dating?
K : what? No! Lauren what are you saying? Were just friends!
R : so what did you guys wan't to tell us about then?
J : don't freak out but we sorta activated our powers today

I looked at Johnny and he have the same facial expression as me. Which is scared. We were just about to tell them when suddenly the boys came and interrupted us.

Annie said while running towards us
J : nothing, they're just crazy

She said while walking away

La : jeez, but we still don't believe it's lightning
L : yea, show us!

K : i'm not sure

I whispered to johnny

After johnny said that we immediately walk back 2 steps from the gang and close our eyes trying to concentrate

Laura said while everyone was to shocked to even talk.
I started to slightly open my eyes and so did john
When i open them, i saw the sparks again but there's something different about it.
There was more sparks then before and it was bigger.
I looked at my left to see Johnny with a big smile on his face, oh how i love that award winning smile. Wait? What am i saying?
J : ok that's enough.
Johnny said as the school bell rang meaning it's time to go home and i smiled
La : hey kenz, do you wan't to hang out?
K : yea, sure
L : yeay! I was thinking of a sleepover to! We'll invite annie and riel to.
Then Laura started screaming
La : ANNIE! RIEL! OVER HERE
A : yea? What's up?
R : hm?
L : we're having a sleepover at my house!
R : cool! What time?
La+L : 3 o'clock!
La+L : Jinx!
A : sure! See ya at 3
R : bye guys! My brother is here
K : bye
