1. In PicsArt, open your background of Wattpad cover size (1536x2400). Add your face claim and save:

2. This part might be partially hard to understand, so please bare with me and also watch the video attached to get a better understanding; in PicsArt, on the homepage you have the option to Draw (not edit, draw) > Create New > Draw on Photo > choose the picture from step 1. You'll be asked to crop, don't, and then continue. At the bottom right, there is a button with three rectangles on top of each other. Click that and then press the eye next to the layer with the cover so that you end up with this:

Save it (it's going to be transparent).
3. In Phonto, open the transparent image. And add your text. For this cover, I used the following fonts (latter was used later for username):

Save Image as PNG.

4. Back in PicsArt, open the cover (step 1) and add image of the text, rubbing out where the text overlaps your faceclaim. If you worked like me, you'll need to go back to Phonto and add your username.

5. Add any other decorative details; I added cherry blossoms.
6. Add grain and lighting textures, then add effects to come up with your final cover:

And then, you are done!
