Chapter Twenty Nine (Your pov)

You followed Newt to where the decorations are and grab a couple of boxes. You take them to Newt's room and pull out strands of lights. You hang them around the room and put them everywhere. After Newt says "Every year we do a gift excange and a game which are tonight." I nod and Newt says "I have to talk to your brother about something." You just nod your head and as he leaves Teresa comes in and says "This came in the box for you." You open it and pull out a dress and this dress is light purple and pink and has a braided collar and straps. It's longer than the first one and goes past your knees. You quickly change into it and Teresa takes your hair and pulls it into two side braids and then into one down your back. Next she takes flowers that look like snow and braids them into your hair. She hands you a pair of shoes and you put them on. Teresa steps back to admire her work and then she changes into a red dress. We walk out together towards the fire pit. You see Newt standing with Thomas waiting for us. When you reach them they take you and Teresa's hands and lead you closer to the fire. You ask Newt "Whatever happened to Gally?" He says "We banished him." When you get there Newt says "Time for the game." You ask "What's the game?" Newt points to Thomas and Teresa who are making out under apiece of mistletoe. You're awareof how close you are to Newt and you ask "Are you a good kisser?" He says "There's only one way to find out." You blush when you realize what he means but Newt has moved closer to you. He has his arm wraped around your waist pulling you closer to him. You don't try to resist him. Then his lips are on mine. His lips are soft and you don't hesitate to kiss him back. You kiss for what feels like forever and then he breaks the kiss. You look and see every glader has stopped to watch you. You blush but then they start to clap then Newt yells "Time for gifts."
