Head Over Heels ( Newt X Reader)

Chapter Twenty Three ( Your pov) H/S= Home state

You crumple as Alex hits you again. You stand and spit a glob of blood. He goes to the fire and picks up a metal rod and dips the tip into the fire. Alex walks over to you and puts it on your arm. You scream in pain. He goes backtp the fire and picks up a syringe and like the rod he dips the tip into the fire. Alex comes back over and injects you with the syringe that was put into the fire. You scream at the top of your lungs. The syringe comes out and then another one goes into my side. After the second one he says "That was Griever serum. Hope you get the antidote in time." He sneers and throws you back in the cage. You land on your wrist and hear a snap. Alex chukles as he walks away. You take the knife and slash a line on the wall and pass out. When you wake it is morning and you're hungry but you don't dare to take food from Alex for fear of what he would do to you. You hear footsteps from around the corner and expect Alex but the person who comes around the corner is Minho. You sigh in releif as Minho comes over and opens the cage. You put your arm around his shoulder. You say "I need two Griever cures when we get back to the Glade. Don't let Newt see me until the worst is over no matter what." He nods as you reach the Glade. He takes you right to Clint and Jeff and Minho tells them what you told him. Before you get the serum you say "Tell Newt as soon as I get the serum." I show jeff where I got stung and as soon the second serum has been injected you close your eyes. First black then th memories start. You're standing in front of a class I guess must be twelve or thirteen. The past you says "Hi I'm Y/N and I just moved here from H/S." The teacher says "Sit wherever you want." You go to the back of the room. On the way a boy tries to trip you but you step over it and take my seat. The teacher asks "How many of you have read The Hunger Games?" You hesitently raie your hand. The teacher asks "Have you read the rest of them?" You quietly say "Yes." Everyone turns and looks at you and you blush. The teacher says "Just pull out something to do then." You pull out the book you are reading called Evermore. You look up to see the rest of the class still lokking at you. You pull out your i pod and put on your playlist. You hear the teacher ask for everyone's attention. I hear the boy who tried to trip me say something.  You go to say something back but the bell rings for lunch. You jump up grab your things and rush to your locker. When you get to the lunch room you try to find a place to sit but but there are no more seats. On the way out wolf whistles follow you. You find an empty room and you take your i pod and begin to play Seventeen from Heathers, you begin to sing. The song ends and the bell rings for your writing class. The memory ends and the next one begins, the one you dreamed about. That one ends followed by another one. I this one you're with Thomas and he's saying "You'll see me in a year, okay." You nod and he leaves you. In the next meory Newt is giving me a box at school and you open it to find a necklace. You pull it out and Newt takes it from you and fastens it behind your neck. When he is done you hug him and say "Thank you Newt." He says "Welcome love." And then blackness.
