Notes of Hong Lee (Blood Rain)

Janette engaged in a battle with the shark. She and the beast had disappeared into the sea. Meanwhile, our crews, Jack Sparrow, and I fought the sea demons and Davy Jones.

"Ye will not end it this way, Jack! Ye shall die by me hands!" Jones roared at Jack, who instead kept his cool.

"Yer time is already up, Davy." he parried his attack.

"I am the ruler of these seas! I shall never die!"

Jones wanted to swing his sword and stab it right into Jack's heart when he choked as if feeling internal pain. The sword fell off his hands. He grabbed his chest and gasped for air. He looked first at Jack Sparrow, and then at his heartless chest, which had begun to bleed. He spat blood. His tentacle look changed - he morphed into an old man. He trembled, fell to his knees and looked at Jack, hardly able to breathe.

"I... am... immortal..."

He fell onto the floor of the Flying Dutchman. He looked aside - something had jumped out of the water. We all glanced towards that direction. We feared it might be the shark that had (God Forbid!) somehow prevailed. But once we saw what had emerged, we all grew amazed - it was a giant ship with blue glowing sails. None other but Janette stood on its mast, with a shark tooth necklace blazing on her neck. Both Jack and I grinned with pride and happiness – it was our girl! She had prevailed!

"Woohoo!"

I cried in joy. Jack instead just waved a hand at his daughter with a hearty smile. Janette grinned at us both and waved a hand back.

We noticed how the Flying Dutchman we were standing on had begun to dive back into the water. I yelled to my crew:

"To the new ship! Everyone!"

We grabbed the ropes and jumped onto the new ship Janette had brought – the Shark Tooth. Jack meanwhile led his crew back onto the Black Pearl.

We looked at the Flying Dutchman, which had been engulfed by the sea. The final whisper of the dying old man Davy Jones reached our ears - the lament of the late ruler of the seas:

"Calypso..."

The cursed ship with all its dead sea-demons disappeared to the bottom of the seas.

We were joyful and happy, whooping and clapping and congratulating Janette.

"I told you, you were the chosen one." I smiled at her.

"You were right... I am a pirate, after all, since both my father and my future husband are pirates."

"Nay." I chuckled, "They're not just pirates. They're pirate captains, so that makes you... a pirate princess."

Our lips pressed upon each other.
