Write your words on the paper ( make your own spell - it will work better if you end it with So Mote It Be - i know that) than draw the sigil above underneath the words you've written. Say this spell ,, by my own blood i swear, fire, water, earth, air. Bind the powers to my need, with this magic i now bleed.'' Then prick your thumb with a needle and leave a mark on the sigil. Repeat the spell again. Sprinkle the pepper or ash over the damp spot, then blow the excess away. Now light the ( red) candle, and burn the paper. Pinch out the flame using your finger and the thumb you pricked.
