That 'one word' is an unique word which fits your dictionary 100% but onlookers think you've got barny or something.
For me that 'one word' is chomu.
Take example.
Mom: chal bahr chalte hai.
Me: m nhi jaaungi is chomu look mein.
Example 2.
Mom: khaane mein tinde bane hain.
Me: yeh kya chomu sabzi bnai hai.
Fits 1000%!
