"Alex!" Skye yells
"What?" I yell back, as I finish a jump
"You might be a good biker and I'm not stopping you from doing this in your own time but right now you need to get to work. Don't forget what we told you when we hired you. You can easily be replaced" she reminds me
"Yes ma'am" I say
I love sarcasm.
Reluctantly, I jump off the bike and go to change into my work shirt.
Later
"Hi welcome to the lodge how can I help you"
"Wow no need to sound so bored" says a familiar voice.
"And what do I owe the pleasure of the company of the drama queen?" I say
"God you don't have to be so rude all the time" Danielle says, rolling her eyes
"Now where's Skye?"
"SKYE!" I yell
"What!" She yells back
"Come to the reception" I shout
"Okay!" She shouts back
1 minute later
"Oh hi Danielle"
"Hey"
"I haven't seen you since you kissed Ben" she says
"God you don't need to get all mad at me about that. It was ten years ago!"
"Yeah you're right" Skye sighs "anyway what brings you here?"
"I needed a break from Ben" Danielle says
"Oh..."
The room went completely silent with that one sentence. But then Josh burst in with a bunch of cameras and party poppers and yelled "I'm back!"
