What did I do in my previous life that I'm sitting next to this musketeer? And what did Mr.Penis - I mean Pevis, say about this guy's name? I'm really not good with names.
"Anyway, guys. The bell is going to ring now so do the third task for the homework. Class dissmissed." The bell rang in that moment and when I mean everybody, I mean every single person in this class got up in a lightning speed.
"Ashley. Come on!" Hannah called me from the classroom doors. I got up and quickly came over to her side.
"We aren't changing classrooms, right?" I asked but she just pulled me with her.
"I'll explain everything. Just follow me for now." She answered. We found ourselves in a crowded hallway full of students. I'm squished like a tuna sandwich. And I'm not a sandwich here.
"Ashley, don't get separated from me."
She took my hand into hers and in a minute we were outside of the school. We came on the big and spacious rugby field. I looked around to see that everybody is going on the tribunes.
"Hannah, what's going on?!"
"Just come. We need to find ourselves a place to sit on the tribunes."
She pulled me again making my limbs and lungs die. I'm not really a person for running. I don't like running. I'm always the last one or with the last ones. I am swift as a gazelle. An old one. With arthritis. Run over by a Land Rover. 8 days ago.
We found two chairs - finally - and sat down.
"Can you explain to me what's going on now?" I frown while running out of breath.
"You'll see in few minutes. But I'll just tell you a little spoiler." She smirks.
"Today's a rugby game." While shruging, she answers misteriously.
Well, that explains a lot. Not.
"Hannah, what does that have got to do wit-"
I tried to finish my sentence but the sound of whistle and roar of the audience scared the shit out of me, so I fucking flinched. The whole tribunes are full of students. We must look like ants from the rugby field. We were close to it, I guess so we could see better. The audience was applauding while the members of the rugby team were coming onto the field.
The first one that comes out is number one. I can only see his back for now.
"Hannah, what's the name of the number one?" I push her elbow so she can answer me.
"Oh, our captain? That's Hunter Diaz, the captain of the rugby team and a bad boy of our school. He's arrogant and cold but I think it's just his mask that he doesn't want to take off and show his real side. But who am I to say that? Maybe that's his true personality."
Why is that name suddenly familiar to my brain cells?
I shake my head, moving my attention to somebody else.
"And that girl is?" I point at the cheering team at the girl who's wearing a skirt too short for the place called school and is waving with the pompons making her look like a squeaky little ant.
It's a girl from before, the one that called me bitch. For the second time today.
"Oh,that? Do you really wanna know who that biach is?"
"Well, not now when you say it like that." I frown.
She snorts and lets out a small laugh.
"Anyway, that's Eastwood High Queen Bee. Yeah, that's how she called herself. Her name is Brianna Lolli - with two 'l's - and she's the leader of the cheerleader's team. She's in a relationship with the guy Hunter, the one that is on the rugby field now. Or not. I don't know anymore what's between them because they keep breaking and making up all the time. In general, she's bad news and don't ever, I mean ever, stand up to her cause she's going to make your high school life a living hell. And on that note, do not ever try to speak to Hunter because she's jelly as fuck. Or else, you're signing up for the ninth circle of hell. And believe me, I don't think you want that."
