Faye sits on a cliff overhanging the ocean listening to the gentle sounds of the waves breaking against the rocks. The sound is soothing and mingles well with the smell of salt and fish calming her nerves. She looks out over the seemingly endless dark water, watching it arch over itself in some places and just calmly ripple in others. Faye allows herself to get pulled into a calm and tranquil state as she sits there, contemplating whether to go back to the others or stay up here just a little bit longer. 'I have already been up here for almost two hours... maybe I should go back, they might be worried about me' she thinks while standing up. There are only a few people who know of this place, and she knew they wouldn't tell others out of respect for her, they know that this is her safe place, the place to go to calm down. Although, when she turns around, she sees a face that she has not seen up here before.

"Hello? Sorry if I'm bothering you, I just come here a lot to calm down myself, and well the others were worried, and I thought maybe you would have come here as well." Says the new comer. Faye doesn't really know his name, seeing as she was new, and has yet to actually know anyone. The only people she knew so far were Erela, Pandora, and Dawn, who all convinced her to join them and a couple friends at the beach, and who was she to refuse? She doesn't really talk that much, although she isn't against making new friends. Pandora's sad attempt at getting her involved had done nothing but grate on Faye's nerves and increase her irritation. She need to get away.

"Hi, it's no bother, I'm sorry about my freakout earlier, I don't know why I was so upset, I didn't mean to leave the wrong impression. " she manages to says while trying to not stare as well as fighting not to blush. This boy wasn't unattractive, and from what she has seen he wasn't very social either, but was quite funny.

"Naw it's okay, we've all been known to have an outburst every once and awhile. I'm Nevaeh. Nice to meet you." He holds out his hand expecting an introduction, all the while Faye's still staring behind him at the ocean, she doesn't remember when they switched spots, but now he is by the edge, and she is closer to the sand. She looks down at his hand dumbfounded as to why he was holding it out for a moment, then remembers and shake his hand replying with a stupid stutter,

"I-I'm Faye. Nice t-to meet you too." Her hands shake as she shoves them in her pockets. She refuses to make eye contact with this strange new person. She didn't know how it happened but for some she was already comfortable around him, and that makes her uneasy. Nevaeh sits down gesturing for her to join him. She shakes her head and gestures back toward where the group was,

"I should head back actually, I've been gone for a while, and I kinda owe them an apology." She says. She goes to turn around if it weren't for the quiet coming from behind her. She turns back around, thinking better of it, and sits next to this "Nevaeh",

"Why are you up here? I know that this is a great place to calm down, so I was wondering if you are okay? Or like would you like me to leave? Or at the very least shut up, I know I happen to talk a lot when I do talk. It can get quite annoying sometimes." She rambles on trying to get this boy to talk potentially, or even ask her to leave.

"No, no, no, don't worry you aren't a bother, I was hoping to having company to be honest, just not the full group you know?" He replies shrugging He looks over at her, an openly curious expression on his face. Faye blushes and turns away, avoiding eye contact.

" So why exactly are you here? You didn't really say." She comments feeling awkward and dumb.

"I just got irritated with a few people and how dumb they were acting. People have no boundaries." He replies, still not looking away from her face. She could relate and totally understand the part where nobody has boundaries, considering that she personally just dealt with someone who didn't know what the words 'please leave me alone' means.

" I understand that entirely." She replies. They sat in silence for the next few minutes letting the sound of ocean waves take over the silence and overpowering it. Then, after a while, she stands and offers Nevaeh a hand up. Once they were both standing she says,

"Let's head back, there is no reason for us to stay here. Come with me if you feel like it, but I'm going down." And with that, they both head down.
