6 years later.
Melo & I are now 23. We still live in Chino. We live in a 4 bedroom house. 2 story. Of course it had to be a basketball court. Just few minutes from the ball estate. I'm currently in school for my bachelor's degree in early childhood education. Melo training with the pros hoping he gets traded. Melo & I aren't married yet but he's on lock for a long time.

Over time our schedules have gotten busy. But we still make time for each other.

He's not a morning person.
I drive to class. I hated driving so far.
I get to class. Luckily today I only had 2 classes. Each class is about 2 hrs.
*Skips classes*
I'm finally out of class. I'm exhausted. I drive back to my house. Instead of going straight home I go to my mom's house.

Mama"hey princess"
Chris"hey"

Liyah"at practice still,I just got out of class"
Mama"did you need anything"

Chris"tomorrow I'm dropping Andrea off there(Andrea is Chris daughter"

I spend a few minutes talking & eating with my family before I head home.

*Skips car ride to house*
I get home. Melo was still at practice.
I go start on this essay that's due in 2 weeks if I didn't start on it I knew I was gonna procrastinate on it.
4:30pm.
I hear keys jingle in the door. Melo finally comes home. Melo"hey,how long have you been home" liyah"a long time". Melo takes a shower then comes to sit on the couch with me. Melo"how was school today". Liyah"long,but I stop by my mom's house today, Chris is dropping Andrea off tomorrow"
Melo"Andrea is my favorite little person"
Liyah"yeah"
I close my laptop and look at t.v
Melo"you okay"
Liyah"yeah just thinking about a lot"
Melo"like..."
Liyah"I want to get married and have kids running around"
Melo" one day I promise"
Liyah"I hope that's soon"
Melo wraps his arm around me as we watch Carter effect.

I wanna give her the life she wants but am I really ready to be a dad. I'm gonna end up officially marrying her soon. I know she wants a family soon & I'll give it to her.
