Tweek was always that twitchy, paranoid kid that nobody wants to hangout with, well except Stan's gang but he was just a replacement for Kenny until he suddenly comes back meaning there was no use for tweek anymore, so they kicked him out of their small group leaving poor tweek alone with no friends, until the Asian girls started drawing yaoi fanarts of Craig and Tweek eventually making the two a pair at the end, but it gives tweek an opportunity to have friends to hangout with and a cool (fake) boyfriend who later actually confessed his true feelings that started developing each time they've spent together, of course tweek felt the same way and started to FOR REAL date since then. 2 years later, the boys now in middle school and things were still the same as there ever was, friends that make him laugh, a boyfriend who is supportive and makes him feel safe and secure until a new boy who use to live in south park but moved and now has come back transferred into the school and that boy is name is Thomas. Craig introduces him to his friends and boyfriend and immediately they started taking a liking to him, they really didn't mind  his outburst since they understood he can't control what he says, they just liked how cool and awesome he was. At first for tweek he thought it would be pretty fun to have someone to talk about relatable things with a person who has disorders like him but he didn't like the fact that Craig talked to Thomas more than him, it made tweek a little hurt and jealous to see Craig face light up whenever he talks with Thomas, its like they have so many things in common than he does with his boyfriend. He couldn't create interesting topics like other blonde. But he tried not to let it bother him because he knows he can't keep Craig to himself whenever he feels jealous, he really tries hard not to be that type since he knows it will ruin the relationship he has with Craig but...seeing Craig talking to Thomas more with a smile on his face that he rarely gave to tweek...sorta made him feel like an empty shell. Even the guys, Clyde, token and Jimmy talked him more than tweek even if he just right in front of them they would just ignore tweek and take an interest in thomas. Everyday at lunch he would sit on the table and they wouldn't acknowledge tweek, not even Craig since of course he was always talking to Thomas. Tweek would just sit there, watching his friends and boyfriend laugh without him...and continue on without saying a single word to the poor twitchy boy. Tweek had the same last class as Thomas and useally when school ends his friends would wait for him outside but Everytime he gets out it's like they were waiting for Thomas since they just run up to him with smiles on their faces, they don't even say hi to tweek anymore as if he doesn't exist. Craig even stopped inviting tweek to his house and stopped visiting to tweek since he would always hangout with Thomas in the weekends, he would even cancel their date plans for the other disorder blonde which made tweek so furious with his boyfriend that it got the point where they both were in a heated argument in the boys bathroom. It got so heated that Craig thought tweek was just controlling him on who he gets to hangout with but really he tweek was just arguing about that he hung around with Thomas more than him but he eventually broke it off with tweek and stormed out the bathroom leaving tweek in shock and sadness that he broke down crying on to the floor, blaming himself for what he has done to lose the happiness in his life. He tried apologizing to Craig the next day in his house and begged him to come back but Craig refused saying he doesn't want another person controlling his life and slam the door in front of twitchy boy's face, but tweek could've sworn he saw Thomas in there playing video games like he use to do with Craig and he knows maybe what Craig said wasn't the reason why he's not going back with tweek... because he already liked someone else. He eventually stopped hanging out with his so called friends ever since the break up and now is a loner again who sits at an empty table, looking at the people he use to hangout with seemingly okay with tweek non-existence but he was not suprised, of course he notice that from the start, they stopped caring about tweek ever since Thomas took his spot...they replaced him...that was all tweek was used for he thought...he was just a replacement until someone better comes along and takes his place... just like Stan's group and now his ex-friends, it's like they used him like a dirty plastic plate to eat on and throw it away in the trash since there was no use of it when your done. Two weeks has passed and his old friends still didn't mind tweeks non-existent but people have noticed tweek was loner with no friends and a weird personality with disorders which brings him back to elementary... the weird kid. He was eventually the main target like he use to be, people would push around, make fun of, and laugh whenever tweek gets paranoid. Tweek felt alone, depress and...an outcast shun by everyone he thought he could trust... especially the one he could trust the most. After the 3rd week has past, tweek later heard that Thomas and Craig we're going out which broke tweek's heart, seeing them all lovey dovey like they use to do... holding hands, hugging, kissing on cheek and lips. It really disgusted and sicken tweek to see them together but...it also hurted him so bad that Everytime they would do something a cringey couple would do tweek would eventually run somewhere to cry or try so hard to hide the tears but people saw, they saw through tweek, how broken and damaged he was seeing the love of his life with someone else being which they use that to tornment poor tweek, saying'
