(Setting is Season 4 after the turtles returned to Earth, when Shredder is recovering in his penthouse)
Shredder laid in bed,still recovering after the battle with Splinter. "Is the mutagen medicine ready, Stockman?" he whined. "Not yet zzzir. I need one last ingredient to finish your mutagen medicine." Stockman replied. "What is it" Shredder asked. "It's a Kraag power cell, but since they left, the only power cell left is in the hands of the turtles". The monitor started beeping rapidly. Shredder's adrenaline was going up. He couldn't stand the thought of those mutated freaks. "You must get me that power cell any way you can, and de-shell some turtles while you're at it" Shredder said in anger. Stockman left the room to go to his lab.
"Time to test out my new invention" he told himself as he rubbed his hands together evilly. He walked toward his closet where he kept small inventions, like a plasma cannon and some notes for manipulating mutagen. He reached his grotesque fly hand to the back corner of the closet and pulled out a small, shiny gold coin. It had silver wires melted into it but could be seen in it's design. The computer chip was as thin as a needle.
Stockman placed the coin on his table and pulled out the machine that comes with it. It looked like a video game controller. He plugged the controller into his computer screen and created a software he could use for it. Once it was finished, he put on rubber gloves and used a screwdriver to push a tiny screw to activate the coin.
"Now that the Body Jacker is activated, whoever touchezz it will be under my control. After one of my MOUSERS drops it off out in the open for them, one of them will find it and be under my control and bring me back the power cell. I won't even have to leave my lab". The fly was so proud of his genius plan. He called for one of his MOUSERS, placed the coin in its mouth, and sent it to a rooftop in New York City to drop the coin off for the turtles to find.
