Gauri got off the car. Relieved. She didn't know what it was that seemed so out of place. Rudra constant cheekiness or Omkara's sudden weird acts (he was more focused on her sitting beside him than on the road which freaked the hell out of her, not just because Om was staring but also because she was sure he was gonna crash the bloody car)

Maybe it was both, she decided.

"Both the Oberoi's have gone mad," she muttered under her breath.

"Did you say anything?" Rudra asked with his signature smirk on his face.

"Did I?"

"Yeah I herd you say something about Oberois,"

"Yeah, I was saying that Oberois are such show offs," Gauri replied in sass coated voice glancing at the huge Oberoi mansion decorated heavily but professionally with pink lilies, white roses and fairy lights. And it was not that. About 50 men dressed in suites were standing in two rows, on either sides with flowers, tilak, drums, saxophone and gifts.

"It's not show off babe. We just love to flaunt what we have. And I promise, for our wedding we will have even bigger arrangements," Rudra winked at his lady love who blushed like a teenage girl. Apparently the idea of perfect fairytale wedding and perfect married life thrilled Gauri so much. Her heart was still like that of a little girl who dreamed about her Prince Charming and her own castle. Maybe this innocence of hers was what made him fall so hard for her.

"Dream on lover boy!" Gauri stuck her tongue out to him and ran away to catch up with her newly married sister, leaving behind Rudra, chuckle at her soon to be fiance.

Anika kicked the kalash gently with her foot completing the grah Pravesh ceremony and before she could take her first step into her house, Romantic singh Oberoi picked up her wife into his arms in bridal style making and stepped inside making everyone go aww.

Her Di and jiju were such a couple goals. She wondered if Rudra will be same as he was now after their wedding? Would he pick her up in his arms too and carry her inside. She was lost in her own thoughts when she felt a hand held securely in another's as she entered into the mansion.

"Ru-"

She felt fireworks exploding in every cell of her body.

"-Oh, Om," she whispered looking to her side.

Omkara's smile turned into frown as he herd those words.

Oh, Om..

"Why? Were you expecting someone else?" Omkara asked, not even bothering to hide the annoyance in his husky voice.

"N-No..you just startled me that all," she replied, curling her toes in her jutees.

He was still holding her hand as if leaving it would take away his life. That's what his touch always felt like. Not desperate or lusty and definitely not bad.

It felt needy.

Like a child who wouldn't leave his mother's hand in a crowded place, afraid that he will loose her. And she was able to come to this conclusion because no matter how much Gauri would deny it, Om was fond of touching her. Sometimes it would be just brush of fingers when she would bring him her special coffee, or caress of cheek when he would push back that annoying strand of hair while they would be engrossed in talks and sometimes, the rarest ones, simply holding of hands- initiated by him always.

"Gauri!" Someone yelled her name, breaking Gauri out of the eye lock she didn't even realised she was caught into.

Omkara let go of her hand with the rare OSO smile on his lips and she ran towards the source of voice.
