Crossing the skies of the unknown,
With majestic wings that are proudly spread.
Crossing the seas of the deep,
With mesmerizing tails that cut through waves.
They hunt those below them,
With blade like claws with no mercy.
Carnivores as it seems but beautiful beings.
Hunted by those above them,
With knife like fins they flee.
Weak as it seems but very strong.
Crossing paths together with hunger and fear.
A battle of life and death,
Crossing paths together just to live and escape.
One shall survive and the other wither away.
