Hiii lovely readers!!
So, I'm learning a not so uncommon language during this phase of my life which is none other than ENGLISH.. Now y'all be like "Dude, what's a big deal in learning English..I mean It's the most popular language in the world ,used by vast majority of population nd everyone could speak it without much efforts.. "
But it's not true if you are a person whose first language is not English. English might be the most popular language but this doesn't mean it is a simple language to master. It is like a war for us. (or it's jst only me???)

Honestly telling, I find it really hard for myself. I'm trying really hard but sometimes I just lose hope nd think like I can never make it. I can never improve. Whenever it comes to writing a chapter, I feel queasy coz I won't be able to write appropriately (bcoz of my poor vocabulary) nd will make tons of mistakes. I believe that you people might have cringed reading the worst basic kind of English in my previous chapters but believe me I'm giving my best even at a times when I feel like completely giving up. Sometimes I get so much frustrated that I don't even feel like writing anything.. I feel like I should delete this book bcoz I fail to truly express what's in my mind just bcoz I can't accurately write in English... Right now, I can't even describe how much frustrated I'm (Actually everytime when I try to write something in English.. I use very basic English).

But I hope y'all can understand ,that learning a new language is not an easy task (whether it is the world's most popular or just anonymous).. Especially if you have never spoken it with the same perseverance nd interest like your mother tongue. With that, I want to tell you few things (they are more like a facts) about English language in our country viz. INDIA..

1.    India is the second most English speaking country in the world after USA.., even though only 11 %of population in India can speak fluently. The rest of the population still finds it difficult.. People from rural area or poor people still finds it difficult to write something (or speak) in English..there are many people who can't even read something written in English language.. Only an elite and privileged small segment of population speaks English..

2.    India has 22 official languages.. Fascinatingly, there are over more than 1600 regional /local languages spoken in India...(interesting as well as scary isn't it??? 1600???that's a lot more than one can imagine.. XD . But that's what makes India unique.. Lol).Every state (or city, village, town ,Hamlet )have their own local language /dialect.. Hindi is the first official language while English is the second.. Although it is the second official language of India, majority of population (80-85% or more) don't use it for its day to day conversation /activities unless if you are working in big corporate jobs or studying in elite English private schools ..English is not likely our first language or the one in which we can express ourself the best..

3.  Eversince our childhood, we are pressurized to speak Atleast 3 languages.. First is regional language (which could be Marathi, Bengali, Tamil....... 1600+)It is a language spoken by our parents, family (nd neighbours only if you are living in your native city /land).. So it's not a big deal for us to learn that language. We learn it eventually / naturally by talking wid our family /relatives in that language as we grow up.
Second language is Hindi. It has more importance as it is the 1 St official language of our country. Around 90-95% Indians can understand Hindi while majority of them can speak in it. (Exceptions as always :south Indians avoid to speak Hindi coz they find it little difficult .. But they are fluent with English. Actually south Indians are pretty famous for their English speaking ability. They are more comfortable with English than any other states /part. Also North east Indians nd Maharashtrians can't speak Hindi properly. They speak okayish..
Next language is English. These craze for English has become so  huge nowadays that people judge a person by his ability to speak English. English has become a line of prestige.. There are more chances that Companies will hire you if you are fluent with English.. They will choose a guy who have strong English skills over an intelligent guy.. So the most important nd major reason why Indians going gaaga over this language is to advance in life, to get in big companies.. Coz English has become a key to success.. It has become a discrimination like caste system.. This discrimination has become so systematic nd influential that the elite and middle classes send their children to English private schools. While many people no matter what their age is are joining English tutorials. At present Every parent want their child to speak English fluently and effectively. There's no problem if they can't speak their native language. The only thing which matters is English. Nd English itself.. Yes. This English fever is rising so rapidly from a decade that there's no doubt many Indian languages will go extinct in coming 30 years. Is your country going through the same trauma?? If yes then let me know. ^o^
With addition to that if you are living in different state /city/town then it may be needed to learn the dialect of that region in order to live with ease. There are many Indians who knows more than 5 languages. Thanx to their work place at different states /cities.

So from this y'all can understand we not only try to focus on English but with addition to that many other languages too ..It's not easy to learn different languages  as they have their own grammar, vocabulary, structure of sentence and other shit..

To be honest, I'm not from any elite school..We have never taken English seriously till tenth grade (that's why I'm crying now).. We used to take it seriously only for our English test....In my school we have never talked in English with our classmates.. It only existed for tests....This English fever was always there in India from our independence but now from last decade it got more hyped up....todays generation is concentrating more on improving their English speaking skills nd so do I.. Nd Why not?? That's the way we can succeed (I'm not saying that your grades doesn't matter.. It matters. But now a days English is taken into consideration if you're applying for a job..if you can't speak English then you are nowhere ) ...I hope I could be able to improve it as I move forward wid this book and learn new words /phrases /slangs and could improve my sentence structure as well as my writing style.. But it won't happen unless you people help me so plzz correct nd inform me whenever you find grammatical or any other kind of mistakes in any of my chapters and tell me how could I be able to minimize them .. I'll  really be thankful to those who correct me wherever I get wrong or when I do any mistake..like y'all know it's OK to make mistakes, everyone does.. But it teaches us something really important for our own sake of goodness.. So don't give up. (ugh.. This line is specifically for me, who just like to give up easily. So whoever reading this plzz don't be like me.........) In this way I guess I could be able to learn more and more and improve my English as well as my personality . Nd that is the main reason,  why I'm on wattpad  to improve my English.. (nd to make few good, genuine and " just like me "frnds ^ω^)..

Sometimes, I feel sorry for those who actually read my book. You would have been bored reading my chapters. I know there's NO fun line, sarcasm included in my book.. I try to make chapters more enjoyable and humorous but  I just fail EVERYTIME ..... In real life I'm not a sarcastic type of person. I'm a serious introvert.. But I can't describe how happy I get when someone vote or comment on my book.. Truthfully, It feels really good when someone supports u nd your work..
So thank you to all those people who genuinely like what I write though I can't write like most of the other people on wattapad....but I try to do my best.. I try to make it more nd more worth reading.. Hope, I'll able to become a good writer someday..
And with that

Have a nice day /night y'all.. (⌒o⌒)
