It had been 3 years since Emma and Killians wedding and some crazy shit had happened since then. For example:
Emma gave birth to a beautiful baby after their honey moon and named her hope, they returned back to the enchanted forest where they lived for 16 years before coming home to storybrooke where they had only been gone for a week ( yeah crazy. Just mad )
2 years later:
Hope jones. Cool 17 year old school girl who looks up to her brother, henry, for everything. Relationships, school work and anything else she needs help with.
They have the strongest bond. It's cute.
In storybrooke they are the same age, but if Emma and killian wouldn't have returned back to the enchanted forest Henry would be 16 years older then her.
Hope had been so over fairy tales for a long time now, she just don't want to tell her parents. She knew that Emma, her mother would understand because she lived a normal life for 28 years. But her father, he was pirate, his life used to revolve around that shit. Storybook characters and other pirates.
She just couldn't bring herself to do it.
