Hey Friend! An interesting photo is on Mark's Instagram and I was wondering if you wanted to help me figure out what it means?

I want to take a minute and say if anybody decides to upload 70 chapters in one day you better come prepared with snacks and something to listen to because I have been sitting here since 6:30 am my time (I couldn't sleep) and it's currently 10:30am and I still have to finish this chapter.
But in all honesty, I'm so happy that I did it because I'm proud of this story.
I have been working on this idea since February. And for anybody whose here because they also have read my other things then yes, from here I plan to get back on a schedule for "Patient's Please." Since April this is the only thing I have been working on. I've had some serious struggles with this project but I've worked them out, obviously because you are seeing this thing lol.
I took some photos while I was working on this so I figured I would post them here. If you absolutly dont want to see them I completely understand but one of them has a hint in it about another project I might begin working on here soon... (ooopppss.... now your curious.)
