Since I did rules why not punishments, even if we all don't like it. (Side note, I couldn't come up with many punishments and I tried getting inspired by other books but most were very sexual)
• Corner time/time out
• No sweets/dessert
• Take away TV privileges
• take away coloring books, toys, movie
• spankings (if comfortable with that)
• Not getting them a toy they wanted
• Early bed time
• writing lines
• stern talking to (never yell though)
• mouth washing
• sit in a uncomfortable position
Never okay punishment ever!
• taking away comfort item it may be a paci, stuffie, blankie just don't take it it can make them have panic attacks
• not allowing them to take care of basic needs like pee or eat or drink.
• Forcing them to do something sexual! Consent is key so is communication.
Remember not all Littles are the same so some will be comfortable with certain punishments and others will not be okay with it. Remember to talk and make sure you know what's okay and what's not. Communication is very important.
