The drops of rains, splashed my face, as i ran deep into an alley.
"Stop Right There, You Runt!"
I turn around, and i could see the brawny silhouette of my persecutor. I felt more adrenaline kick in, and i started sprinting faster. I took sharp turns at every corner. That was until i reached a dead end. I stared at the coarse, monochrome cement wall. As i stood with my eyes focused on the wall, i heard a low penetrating chuckle, coming from behind me.
"Well! I guess you had your nice run, you filthy runt. And before i end your puny life, i must say you did a nice job stealing from me without leaving a trace. But as you can tell, i finally caught you." He pulled out a dagger. I could see my reflection on the dagger's silvery blade, as i stood paralyzed in fear. I tried thinking of a way out. I mean, i have escaped trouble many times, but i guess I've never escaped a scene like this. As he prepared to attack, the rain started pouring down, and the wind intensified. This gave me an idea. All i need to do is just---- i felt instantly, a sharp pain. I look down slowly, towards the area of my pain. My grey hoodie, was already filthy with dirt and food stains, but i guess the scarlett stain wasnt ketchup. The wound was clear, it was on my lower left abdomen. I started slumping down, but before he could pull the dagger out, i morphed into my owl form, and i left the wind pick me up. I glided through the air, but my wound was literally killing me. The pounding of my heart, the throbbing i felt on my left side, and the blur in my vision. Everything in my body was just in complete pain, i was suffering mentally and physically. To make matters worse, i felt dizzyness, and soon i was unconscious.
