Grace's pov

Today was me and Faith's first time going to a public school. Mom actually didn't want us to, but we were starting to not do homeschooling either because we were getting extremely lazy. Then this stupid bitch named Faith came with the great idea to put us on public schools. Great job, ho.

Walking into the school, my fingers clinched into Faith's arm as she was holding mine as well. The halls were extremely busy, full of students and teachers here and there. Exactly like you see in movies.

"Let's just ask someone where the head office is." Faith suggested and I nodded. "Well go ask her."
"Why do I have to do it?" I asked defensive. "This all was your idea, heh?"
"Fine." She sighed and she walked up to the first girl she saw and tapped on her shoulder.

The girl had brown curly hair, a tan skin and pink lips. "Ew, who are you?" She asked and her clique looked at the girls as if they were gonna attack her any minute.
"We're new here and were won-"
"You're a newbie and talking to me? Yeah, i dont think so." She scuffed and then turned around again.

Nobody talks to my sister like that except for me so i tapped on her shoulder again, purposely hurting her a bit.

"Hey ow!" She shrieked and she looked at me with her mouth open and one eyebrow raised.
"Listen up, bitch", I started and she shrieked again. "Don't ever talk to my sister like that or I will snap your neck. Stupid hoe." That's where I scoffed, grabbed Grace's arm and pulled her to come with me.

"She so hates us right now." Faith giggled.
"Yeah, I love public school."

As we were walking away from the i'm-better-than-everyone-girl and her posse, a girl came running to us.

"Gee, what happened over there?" She asked, making me and Faith grow confused. "Oh sorry! Hi, I'm Imani and I just saw you talking to Amanda, it looked pretty bad from where I was standing, are yall beefin? Aint you guys new?"
"Yes we're new, and Amanda was being rude to my sister so I just had to let her know not to mess with us."
"Lemme tell you, you've been stupid. The last person who disagreed with Amanda had to switch schools because she was bullying her too much and she couldn't take it anymore.
"Nah, I think we're stronger than that, but hey, do you know where the head office is? We have an appointment."
"Oh alright, yes, uhm follow me."

"Thank you sir, I'm looking forward to participate in all the activities just like the other students."
"Great!" He smiled and Mr. Andrews shook both our hands. "Now, there is one person I would want you to meet." He stood up, opened the door and invited this guy in. "This is Twan. Twan is the one who is going to show you all around. Okay?"

But it wasn't okay. He wasn't okay. He was perfect. Green eyes, dark curly hair, straight white teeth, tan skin, pink lips that looked so soft I could just...

"Yes great!" Faith answered, interrupting my daydream.
"Yes", I agreed.

"Well have fun." Mr. Andrews smiled and he showed us out the door.

Once out, Twan turned to us and shook our hands. "Ok so I'm Twan." His hands were so soft.
"I've always wanted to have a twin." He said, taking notes on our appearances. "I would use him to make my math tests if he was good in it. Do y'all ever let the other make your tests?"
"We've actually never been to a public school before. We've been homeschooled our whole life."
"Oh, huh? Why not? Your parents famous?"
"You could say."
"Who are they?"
"Skylar and Zion Kuwonu."
"Wait, this girl in my class held an presentation about them. Weren't their kids kidnapped and then later Skylar too? Wait, aren't you guys the ones who were kidnapped?"
"We are but we don't remember much anymore, it's such a long time ago and we've worked so hard to forget the details."
"Understood. Well, shall we start?" He asked and he walked further into the school with us right on his tail.

How would y'all like it if the story wasn't only on Skylar and Zion anymore but on the kids as well?

I have so much planned, yo, I'm excited!
