I could hear his snores next to me. I slowly sat up in the bed and grabbed my clothes that had some holes and tears. I felt the dried tears on my face. I quietly left the room and headed to the bathroom. I looked in the mirror and almost vomited at the sight.
My neck was bruised and discolored. My thighs and stomach had bruises in the shape of fingerprints. I could see the dried white fluid on my upper stomach and legs. I covered the bruising with some make up and went to my room. I grabbed new clothing and got dressed. I put my school uniform and some essentials into a bag and grabbed my backpack before going out the window. I ran down the street and to where I sent Natsuki.
I knocked on the door and after a minute it opened. Natsuki stood there, her eyes looking bloodshot. Once she noticed it was me, she hugged me, "I-I was so worried about you..."
She let go of me and let me inside. I followed her to a room. She knocked on the door and I heard (MC B/n) groan, "Hang on a minute..." A couple of seconds later the door opened and he stepped out, rubbing his eyes, "Natsuki? Why is (Y/n) here?" She looked at me, "She just needed a place to crash at, like me. Do you mind?" He nodded, "It's fine. Go ahead."
I thanked him and Natsuki took me to the bathroom. She looked at me, "Can I see how bad it is?" I slowly slipped off the shirt and pants and wiped away the make up. I could hear her gasp, "This is more than usual..." I saw her gaze travel to my stomach and legs, "He's fucked up in the head, isn't he?" I sighed and grabbed my arm, "I know...But there's nothing we can do."
She turned on the shower and helped me in before sitting on the toilet seat to wait. I washed away the stains and dried tears but I could not wash away the feeling of his hands on me. I still felt dirty. Forgetting that Natsuki was there, I began to sing:
Whoa, whoa, whoa,
Whoa, whoa, whoaYou think I'm always out of line
I'm too fast and falling way behind
Mistakes are made the fault is mine
I'm screwed up but hey this is my lifeCan you take me as I am
Cause I don't see the point of explaining
If you just don't understand
Cause I can only be what is truly meSo what if I'm not you're version of perfect
I'm sorry that wrong just feels so right
I wouldn't change a thing about me
Cause I know who I am inside(Who-o-o-oa who-o-o-oa)
I'm a pretty tragedy
(Who-o-o-oa who-o-o-oa)
I'm a pretty tragedy
Who-o-o-oa who-o-o-oaI Don't always look before I step
I'm just an extraordinary messCan you take me as I am
Cause I don't see the point of explaining
If you just don't understand
Cause I can only be what is truly me, ah-hoSo what if I'm not you're version of perfect
I'm sorry that wrong just feels so right
I wouldn't change a thing about me
Cause I know who I am inside(Who-o-o-oa who-o-o-oa)
A pretty tragedy, I'm a pretty tragedy
(Who-o-o-oa who-o-o-oa)
A pretty tragedy, I'm a pretty tragedyFor the sake of sanity
I just need some room to breathe
So excuse my apathy
I'm a pretty tragedySo what if I'm not you're version of perfect
I'm sorry that wrong just feels so right
I wouldn't change a thing about me
Cause I know who I am inside(Who-o-o-oa who-o-o-oa) yeah
I'm a pretty tragedy
(Who-o-o-oa who-o-o-oa) yeah
I'm a pretty tragedyI'm a pretty tragedy
I turned off the water and grabbed the towel from Natsuki. She stayed silent as I got dressed and we left the bathroom. We walked to the guest room and later down in the bed. I flicked off the light and pulled up the blanket. Natsuki cuddled into me before speaking, "We really are pretty tragedies, huh?" I nodded, "We are..."
Her breath slowed and she fell asleep. I curled up under the blanket and slowly descended into sleep, hoping no nightmares would come for us.
