Chapter 4: New Life

Dani~
What if they hurt me? Or worse what if they hurt Ginger?
We pulled up to a huge mansion and I stared at it in shock, that just means more placed to hide our body when they kill us..
"Dani, snap out of it." Ginger whispered in my ear, she always seemed to know what I was thinking. I guess that's the perks of being identical twins.
She took my hand and helped me out of the car "You okay?" She asked
I just shook my head "I'm scared, Ginger.." I confessed for the second time that day
"Everything is going to be okay. You heard Danielle, she won't hurt us and neither will Liam. We will be one big happy family! Like it should be." She assured me
"You girls okay?" Danielle asked us
"Yeah, we're fine!" We said at the same time
"Let's go see your new rooms, yeah?" She offered
We both nodded and followed her and Liam inside, I don't know what it is about him but I don't like him, but Danielle reminds me somewhat of my mom, when she was sober and not abusive, I wonder if Ginger feels the same way?
"Dani how about you follow me, and Ginger you follow Liam, your rooms are on opposite sides of the house!" Danielle said excitingly
We both nodded again and followed them
We were both lead to the 3rd floor, but once we got to the top I was lead down the right and Ginger was lead down to the left
I followed Danielle into the hallway and we stopped I front of a door that was painted white, when she opened it it was all painted white with a simple twin bed in the right and a dresser in the left
"I know it's not much, right now that is. We didn't know what personalities you guys had so we left it blank. On the bed is a Mac Laptop and some designer magazines you can look through. Add anything you want. I made a check list to make sure you get everything that you need. Anything extra go for it. This is your room. Put your heart and soul into it. Whatever you want is our command." She smiled at me
Tears were streaming down my cheeks
"Did I say something wrong?" She panicked
"No, y-you are just everything I imagined my mom to be and more.." I sobbed and embraced her in a huge hug, she quickly returned it swaying us back and forth
"Of course, Hun! We're here for you. You're safe now." She rubbed my back
"Do you think you can help me decorate my room?" I asked softly not wanting to let go of her
"Of course sweetie!" She smiled at me
We both went over to my bed and started to design my perfect room
I didn't want it to be girly, that just wasn't me
We hadn't decided on what we were painting my room, design wise, but I wanted it green, white, black and grey! Danielle wrote down a new king bed (She insisted), a Telly, a new dresser, and a couple other things to fit everything together
I smiled at her, "I'm really starting to like it here.." I admitted

Ginger~
"Well, this is your room! I know that it's plain and all, but Danielle said she wanted you two to design it so we got you a laptop and some design magazines so you can design it yourself. So there ya go!" He pointed to my twin size bed in the left corner
The only other thing in here was a dresser, the walls were all painted white
A fresh start to let my imagination run wild, perfect, but right now it was getting late, I'm sure something will come to mind
