Tina: Hi Doctor Smith, its good to have a female Doctor for this

Dr. Smith: This may be cold
Tina: (sharp intake of breath, grabs mikes hand)
Dr. Smith: okay so you have twins and here is baby A and heres baby B. Would you like to know the genders?
Tina: (nods)
Dr. Smith: Baby A is a girl baby B is boy
