ZACH
The rest of the day we were out and about. We walked all around LA, savoring the last moments of its beautiful trees and warmth. Are fingers intertwined with one another and our smile sonly grew wider. "So would you rather go to Starbucks or spend the rest of the day with Jonah." Jack asks. "Starbucks, actually no. Jonah cause we'd end up getting Starbucks anyways." I respond with a light giggle. "That's true." Jack says. "My turn. Would you rather never cuddle me again or never kiss me again?" I ask. "Or." He responds. "That's not an answer." I say, rolling my eyes. "Well I don't want to choose cause then I wouldn't be showing my affection enough." He smiles. I blush and look down at my feet. "Are you ready for tour?" He asks. Of course he had to ask. "To be honest, I don't know. Touring is amazing don't get me wrong, I love seeing the limelight's but..." I trail off and look the opposite way. "But I'm just afraid that the same situation will happen again and I'm not ready for that. It's only been a couple of months since the situation." I respond, now looking at him indirectly. He takes my chin and moves my head so now I'm looking directly at his oh chocolate eyes. I couldn't help but blush. He smiles and kisses my lips softly. "I will make sure nothing happens to you, okay?" He says. I nod and kiss his cheek. "Let's stop being serious for a little bit and go to the carnival." I beam, pointing at the colorful area in front of us. He smiles and takes my hand, both of us laughing and running.
We stop in front of the large carnival and swing our arms while holding hands, walking in. "Okay, what do we do first? Should we get some snacks or play some games." I ask. "Whatever you want." He responds. "No, no. You cant be all cute and stuff." I smile with a playful tone. "Then let's get cotton candy. I've been craving it for a while." He smiles back.
We walk through the crowded boardwalk and stop at the cotton candy booth. "Can we have two cotton candies please?" He asks. The clerk nods and Jack hands him a five dollar bill. "Why are you so sweet?" I ask. "Is-is that a pun?" Jack asks. "Maybe." I mumble. He picks me up and twirls me around. "Jack put me down!" I shout between my laughs. He laughs and puts my down, grabbing the cotton candy from the clerk and handing my one. "You know you didn't have to pay." I say, grabbing his free hand. "I know." He responds, squeezing my hand. I roll my eyes and take a bite out of my cotton candy. "How is it possible that cotton candy is this good?" I question, smiling. "How is it possible you look that good?" He smirks. I punch his arm and walk up to a racing game. "Im gonna beat you." I smirk. "You wish." He responds. Sitting in a chair next to me.
"Hah! I told you I'd win!" I beam. He huffs but smiles and kisses my cheek. "Pick one." He says, pointing at the stuffed animals lining the booth. I pointed at the giant teddy bear and the guy behind the booth handed it me. Jack laughed at how big it was and helped me carry it. "You look so dumb carrying that." Jack laughs. "Thank you!" I respond, smiling goofily. He rolls his eyes and kisses my cheek. I blush and walk back to the car. "Where are we going to put him?" Jack asks, trying to shove the bear into the back seats. I shrug and sit in the passenger seat. I look out my window to see someone staring at me, looking away when they notice me seeing them.
It can't be him, can it?
