He made waterfalls and rivers
for you
He made fire to end the shivers
for you
He made the birds sing
for you
He made bells ring
for you
He created happiness
and smiles,
and I truly cannot process
how He somehow endured those
wretched trials.
He let them kill Him,
so our futures wouldn't
be so dim.
He rose from the grave
and kept us believing
and being brave.
So He created us all
and then we had the Fall.
But He cleansed us of sin
so that we may
live again.
So He was
committed,
a God that cares
of everyone's
sincere prayers.
If a human could
ever even truly love,
how could they even
measure to the Father Above?
His love enduring,
never ending,
always there,
now love like that
is sadly, very rare.
