Ingredients:
One watermelon
One pint of blue berries
1/4 pint of cubed Cantaloupe
2 kiwis
1/2 pint of strawberries
24 oz of heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup of sugar

Steps:
1.) pour the whipping cream into the stand mixer. Start the speed of at medium low.
2.) when the cream starts to form bubbles take the speed up to medium high.
3.) after the cream starts to hold shape (soft peaks) take the speed all the way up and pour 1/5 of the sugar in.
4.) when the sugar combines into the cream add 1/5 of the sugar, repeat the process until all the sugar is combined. This should take about 2-3 minuets.
5.) now check the firmness of the cream and should be able to stand on its own (hard peaks). A good way to make sure its at the proper stage is to turn the bowl upside down. If the cream moves while turning its not ready; if it sticks to the bowl upside down its done.
Note: do not mix the cream too much otherwise it becomes butter.
6.) now that the cream if finished put it in the fridge to cool.
7.) take all the fruit and wash them clean
8.) prep the strawberries by cutting them in half, and prep the kiwis by cutting them into slices.
9.) place all the fruit into separate bowls except the watermelon
10.) remove the watermelon's rein and carve the watermelon into a cylindrical shape
11.) remove the cream from the fridge, and use it as a frosting for the watermelon cake.
12.) once the watermelon has a nice layer of frosting on it take the blueberries and put them around the rim of the cake for decoration.
13.) use the other fruits to decorate the top of the cake to which ever designed you like.
12.) enjoy!
