You arrive at the Byers house and all rush inside. You and Nancy have the exact same reaction as you walk in. There are lights hung up everywhere, the alphabet is painted on the wall and the house just looks destroyed. Jonathan leads you all to Will's room and starts looking for the radio. Joyce finds it under the bed so you all gather around to try and call Mike and the others on it.
"Mike, are you there? Mike? Mike, it's me, Nancy, Mike are you there? Answer" Nancy says into the radio over and over hoping Mike will pick up
"This is an emergency, Mike, do you copy? Mike, I need you to answer" Nancy says
There is still no answer, so the chief (who you now know to be Hopper), grabs the radio and speaks into it.
"Listen, kid, this is the chief, if you are there, pick up, we know you're in trouble and we know about the girl, we can protect you, we can help you, but you gotta pick up. Are you there? Do you copy? Over" he says
There is still no reply so Hopper chucks the radio on a shelf and turns back to the rest of you.
"Anybody got any other ideas?" Hopper asks, suddenly there is a crackling from the radio.
"Yeah, I copy, it's Mike, I'm here, we're here" Mike says through the radio. You sigh relieved that they weren't caught.
"Where are you?" Hopper asks Mike
"The old Junkyard in the old school bus" Mike says
"Alright I'm on my way" Hopper says walking out the door.
"Wait, I'll come with you" you say
"No, I want all of you to stay here, I'll be back soon" he says before running off. You, Joyce, Nancy and Jonathan all head out to the lounge room to wait.
About an hour of painfully waiting you see a car light shine through the window. You all jump up and run outside. The kids and Hopper are out of the car and walking towards you
"Mike, oh my god, Mike" Nancy says running to him and giving him the tightest hug. You run to El and hug her.
"Are you ok?" you say to her breaking away from the hug. She nods pulling you back for another one.
"Thank god you guys are ok" you say to the rest of them and El.
"Come on, lets get you guys inside" Joyce says ushering you all in
You get inside and Mike, Lucas and Dustin tell Hopper, Jonathan, Joyce and Nancy all about their findings. They tell them about the gate and how they think they can find it and also where they have been looking.
"Would this gate be underground?" Hopper asks them all
"Yes" El says
"Near a large water tank?" Hopper asks
"Yes" El nods
"How do you know all that?" Dustin asks
"He's seen it" Mike says
"Is there anyway that you could... that you could reach Will? That you could talk to him in this..." Joyce asks before she is cut off my El
"The Upside Down" El says
"Yeah" Joyce whispers and El nods.
"And my friend Barbara, can you find her, too?" Nancy asks and El nods again.
"Aria, can you help too?" Mike asks you.
"I don't know how to track people in other dimensions, I'm not as strong as El in that aspect, I can try, but it took a lot of my energy to find El in the void and she was in this dimension" you say
