Harper, Wilhelmina, Alexis and Elise have been the best of friends for as long as they can remember. But two months before senior school starts, the pillars holding their friendship together start crumpling.

Harper and Alexis don't know what happened in summer, and what made Wilhelmina and Elise so distant. But when they get to know, they're forced to choose sides between Wilhelmina and Elise.

But all the four of them have their own battles to face, besides handling the mistrust building in their years-long friendship.

Harper likes Wesley, but that's not so simple when she starts developing feelings for his brother as well.

Wilhelmina cries every night because of her mother, the one she loved the most in the world, has turned hateful and distant towards her. But every night she has Jeremiah who lends her a shoulder to cry on.

Alexis has still not moved on from her first love, and is afraid of commitment. Afraid of getting heartbroken again, she still gives a chance to Aiden.
