You nodded at him before skipping towards the streets "Uhhh...y/n?"
"Yess jeff?"
"Its this way" he said pointing on the opposite direction you went
"Oh" you replied biting the tip of your thumb before quickly power walking towards the right way
Jeff walked beside before slowly tracing his fingers between yours "You know... Im beginning to think that we could..oh I dont know...not continue heading there?"
You looked at him as if he spoke french "Jeff, even if I wanted to, I cant,like what you said Im the world's last hope in civilization" you smiled at him as he looked down
"I just cant stand losing you" he silently said turning his sight towards you, you blinked a few times before holding his shoulders,giving him a gentle squeeze
"Hey, Im not leaving you" you told him reassuringly
"You promise?" He held both of your hands with promise written on his eyes
"Yes...I promise" you beamed giggling lightly at his childish manner
"Lets get going then"

"Hey ben!" Jeff snickered seeing the green elf staring at him ubelievably
"You are still alive??!!" He yelled unknowingly glaring at your boyfriend, you clinged your arm on his as he scratched the back of his head
"Heh yup, and remember the time you said you owe me" Jeff said earning a small smile from the midget
"Yeah yeah what is it that you want?" Ben snickered before carrying a small box filled with tools to his shed
"We just need a vehicle and guns" jeff simply replied, shrugging
"At the back" Ben replied pointing towards his backyard,you both followed him carefully since a few scattered monsters might be peeking around
The elf opened his fence gate, as its covered with green vines that scattered on its walls "Here is my homd" ben introduced as he gestured towards an average sized house,its your simple country house
It was painted with green and yellow, tips of paint were chipped and ripped off, the glass windows were framed by a yellow one, a fence surrounded the main door a small space at the center consisting a small case of stairs, did I mention, a brown wooden rocking chair was visible at the front lawn
"Here! Follow me" he said gesturing towards the door,opening it "Nice house" you complimented trailing your hand on the small coffee table that is sitted in the middle of his living room addressed by a flower printed vase filled with roses and daises, some of it is dried out
"Come here, y/n" Jeff slipped his hand on yours earning a small yelp from you as he snickered in reply
You both went in a small basement its only source of light was a lightbulb on the ceiling "Come here" Ben said as you followed him
He opened a hatch which you were surprised by "Oh cool..." you said as he handed you with a desert eagle filled with gold painted bullets
"Thanks " you thanked,practicing the gun on your hand aiming at the target infront of you, you slowly pulled the trigger as the bullet hit straight on the bullseye
"Nice.."jeff complimented as you blushed at him
You both got what you wanted and waved off before getting into a dark blue rusted car,it isnt promising but atleast its still working, its close in good shape though
