Young Love

Chapter 13

It was soon April, Zack got a job after school, so he could help out.
He worked as a volunteer for the city. He was coming home from work on his bike, and he say a little puppy. It looked just like Rose did. He stopped, and checked the puppy. It had no collar.
He puts it in his backpack, it was sticking it's head out of the bag smiling the while way home.

He showed the puppy to Lilo, she was so happy. The puppy was around 2 months old. She was adorable!!🐶 They took her to the vet for a check up. She was healthy, had no owner. So they adopted her. They couldn't come up with a name for her.

L: Lillie
Z:what?
L: she was playing with a Lillie,
Z: what about Millie?
L: I love it. Millie it is!

So her name was Millie🐶 She was only 2 months old. They took her on walks to the beach, and let her play in the sand. But after what happened to Rose, they were extra careful. They wanted to see what Millie would do...

She was scared to go close to the water, she had never seen the ocean before. So Zack and Lilo went in to show her it's fine. Then she doggie paddled to them.
   Then she really started to love it!
It was a nice day at the beach. The perfect time to be in the water.

But, a few days later a storm was coming in. It was suppose to rain hard, get windy, and possibly start  a flood.  So they went to the beach the day before the storm is gonna come. They left Millie at home, they were worried the storm might arrive early. And Millie wasn't tained yet.

They had a good day, before the ugliness comes....

It was foggy and cold. No one was there, just them and a few others on the pier.
They just enjoyed the time together. Then it got late...

They went home, Lilo snuck into Zack s room again that night. The storm had arrived in the morning.  His room was downstairs, Lilo and Raina rooms are upstairs. And because of the chance of a flood, she wanted to be with Zack.

In the morning, they woke up and looked outside. It was windy, lots of rain, and the street looked like a river. They saw things go missing, a mailbox, trees, boxs, fences, and even someone's window. All went down the "river".

They got scared, the flood on the street seamed to be getting higher.
So they all went upstairs. In Rainas room there is a balcony. If the water arose to high they could just jump from there into the water. The storm was as the news had been saying. Normally they saw a storm with come soon, but it just ends up raining. Or there being a few thunderstorm. But nothing you'd think of it as, like a hurricane...

The water ended up only coming up to the front door. They would have to clean the lawn up a lot. But It wasn't much.

The next day, it was Monday, school was canceled for the day.
Lilo and Zack went around the beach to see if anything got damaged. Also to pick up some trash. 
They spent the rest of the day at home in Lilos room. And talking to her neighbors. The whole town was quite, all day long. Everyone was in shock.

That night it got super windy again. The power went out and it was pitch black...
Raina stayed in her room most of the night. Lilo and Zack stayed in her room all night. So did Millie, her bed was in Lilos room, so she always was in there.

Z: today was weird...
L: yeah, everyone was... too quite.
Z: I lot of people were thinking it was going to be a little storm.
L: well, it wasn't..
Z: so, what do you want to do?
L: what is there to do? We have no power...
Z: well, let's play a game.
L: which one?
Z: um........ I don't know...
L: we might as well just go to sleep.

So they slept in the same bed,

It got cold that night, so they cuddled. They woke up in the morning, like that⬆
They did it....😘😘💗💗

They woke up and had to go to school...😬 There was a few new kids in there classes. Three girls and 4 boys. The boys were complete morons. Disturbing class all day.The girls were so dramatic. Who thought they were prettier, smarter, cooler, and just better than everyone else.(they weren't)

All three of the girls liked Zack, I made it obvious we are a couple. They didn't care. They thought a few complaints would win him over. Ever time they'd flirt with him, id give them the" get the he'll away from us" look.

Zack was uncomfortable, he kept telling them he was taken.
Then he snaped. " Hey! Listen to me, I'm not interested in any of you! I have a girlfriend! And don't you girls have anything better to do?" He said. One of the girls said, "well sorry! She doesn't seem like your girlfriend to me!"
" What are you saying!?" He said.
" well your hotter than She'll ever be!" She said.
"Why do you even care what she looks like!?" He said.
"Well, I'm just saying!"she said.
While all of this, I was sitting next to him, eating lunch, trying not to listen to her. But he made me proud.

Then the girls came up to me and said,"you better watch your back!". They said. "Why?"I said.
"He's going to dump you for one of us! He'll make out with us, and well, you know what else."

So Lilo was so nervous, and stayed close to Zack when ever she could.

Note: I don't know why I wrote a long chapter. Oh well...
