My story? Well, a story is rather simple.
I am the daughter of the Darkness Goddess, Klaness, and a daughter of the Hallucination Goddess, Palor.
I was adopted by my Mother, the Life Goddess Tri, as an assistant to be.
Until one day a sickness overcame, and I had no more valor.

I was a mortal being, despite being born from two gods.
A maiden, perhaps a bit fair I was.
O', but a sickness came over me, a gift of a necklace which was saught
had been cursed by corruption, blight, and I did not know the cost.

My skin turned grey, and my bones became stone.
My feelings like fallen ash and broken glass.
All I wanted to be was left alone,
by the plants I made and the songs I created with Song Goddess Manoila, long ago.

I ran off to the woods and made a tree.
A tree to hold the sickness I breed.
A tree to hold the sorrow I made.
A tree to grow through darkness and day.

I called it a Spirit Tree, which was what I became.
Because I lost a bet from my own mother's game.
Palor sung with the Monster, a Father to Mists.
Hence I forbid him from entering my rift.

I am Vo'ess, Non-Goddess of Trees.
All of the shadows will come to me.
Sing little shadows of my tale in song
To the nights' moon and sky, where Klaness belongs.
