That was the end of this short story~🎉

For those who didn't understand the ending, there will be an explanation below:

Remember how Jungkook originally hated Y/N? He didn't like any of the skin-ship but as time went by, he actually fell in love with her. That's why he was hesitant in harming attempting in killing Y/N.

In the end, Jungkook decided to "help" Y/N (legit chopping her forearm off lol). However, he then realized that he didn't want to make the same mistake --like the one 7 years ago with his mother. So... he ended up saving Y/N and bringing her to the hospital in time for treatment. (Which was not revealed until the very end because I wanted the plot twist lol)

Ok, now for the museum scene...

The description of the painting is actually a huge symbolism and "wrap up" for the story.

It reads...

He too was a tempter.
(Which refers to Jungkook because he attempted to help the ones who were suffering)

He too was a link to the second.
(He was linked to the second; the second referring to Thanatos --the god of death in Greek mythology because... he was killing others...)

The evil world with which I no longer wanted to have anything to do
(Meaning he no longer wants to kill anyone in the future because... you know... Y/N changed him?... idk lol)

The final scene where Jungkook smirked was basically a cliffhanger lol

Who knows~ There might be a book 2 where Jungkook returns to his old self🤷🏻‍♀️💁🏻‍♀️

I just need to thank everyone who's made it all the way through this... weird... book

I spent hours... and hours... deciding whether or not I wanted to write a happy ending lol. Honestly, I was going to make the girl die but... nahhh too many people (like my friends) wanted a good ending~ So I gave the happy ending to y'all.

What was holding me back though... was the fact that I wanted to be realistic because not all stories have good endings...

Anyway~~~~ How did you guys like the story? I think it was pretty good lol especially with the plot twist. I'm also really glad I made this a Jungkook book because no one really understands Jungkook lol😂

(PS: Did anyone actually notice what I did with the titles of each chapter? Anyone? Anyone?! No?... fine...)
