He was accused of reckless driving in his neighborhood in 2012 and charged in Brazil with vandalism in 2013. On January 23, 2014, Bieber was arrested in Miami Beach, Florida on suspicion of driving under influence and with an (over six month) expired licence and resisting arrest without violence. On January 29, Bieber surrendered to the Toronto Police Services, who charged him with assaulting a limousine driver in Toronto on December 30, 2013. Now he is even said to be racist, sleep around and sometimes I wonder what on earth he wants to do.
