The time of judgment had come. He, majorly negative part of him, pushed her into the corner and pulled out a gun under her throat .In a tone unlike his he said, 'Why are you doing this?'. She replied, with her wet eyes closed as she couldn't believe the occurring, 'Why are YOU doing this? . His eyes were red and hers were wet. In uncertainness, he asked 'Say my name?'. "Can you pass me that candy, dad?" a twelve year old requested. "There you go sweetheart", a man in his mid thirties wearing outdated formals passed on a packet of 'Loops' .......
After a long dry journey, the bus finally came to a halt. Robert along with his family and friends stepped down the old RV and stretched their arms to their dearest delight. After a long time there was a feeling of achievement as the two families had crossed the Alps and were at a humongous height of about 15000m.The ladies had made up their mind to do the thing they were best at, that is emptying the wallets of their husband. While the brothers Robert and Dave were enjoying the scenic beauty, their wives along with the children Anna and Michael respectively were busy selecting items for decoratory purpose. It seemed hours after it was their chance for billing. Emily cleared her due through cash while Rachael used Robert's credit card to get rid of the payment. 'BEEP' the monitor screeched as a message notified that the credit card was out of funds. On request for retrial, the result was unchanged. Red as a tomato, she reached to her husband and asked him for money. The situation was,
"She came with a confused face; in her hands was my credit card,
She asked me for cash, when my self
respect broke into shards."
Under a low tone, he replied 'We are out of money; the remaining is required to continue our journey to our house and other essential commodities'. Both of them were deeply hurt, and more than the cashier, he was ashamed because her daughter had become a part of the listeners ...
Days passed away and the embarrassment of the incident slowly faded. Robert was back onto his routine as a salesman for a cable company. Life was moving just fine when the frustrations of different tasks need for money and the love for her daughter started to overpower his usual sober and peaceful nature. He used to go different houses and advertise the 'kaspersky' product to his best ability. But one day, the sales were low and the boss was already high up the temper due to his late arrival at the office, and thus the volcano erupted. His words were like giant elephants which crushed the tiny little ant into its constituting atoms. He was broken. He knew the scolding which he had beared was not what he deserved. His anger could be described as
"My boss was shouting, his saliva drops were having a ride
My bones were freezed while my soul was trying to suicide
I wanted some peace; sweat drops from my finger fell
My dark circles were red; my eyes wanted him to rot in hell"
He came out of the old building, frustrated when the phone starting ringing,"Can you please pick up the clothes from laundry?" asked his wife in a rush. He wasn't sure about what he was doing, the old fella replied yes. Thinking about his life and decisions, he arrived home with a basket of clothes. "Can you please get a geometry box for Anna? I'm really sorry; I forgot to inform you beforehand!". He was frustrated and wanted to say no, but the middle class guy would do anything for his daughter.
"I love my daughter the most; she tells me that I am funny
I had to crack dark; cause behind her
smile was our crisis of money"
