Honestly, can I just say something to you all?
Whenever you have a self-deprecating  thoughts like, "Oh my god, I look absolutely awful today!", try to sugarcoat it.

Instead of just thinking "I look awful!", just think, "my hair looks awful but I love this outfit."

Try to fight the negativeness with just a bit of positivity.

It may seem like something so minor and useless to do. I know. I thought that too. But I actually tried to just find something that I could compliment about myself every time, and it really works. I have been getting better. I don't feel as unhappy with myself as I was just two or three months ago.

Start from rock bottom and you'll slowly get there. You're not hopeless. You won't always hate yourself, and something you'll be able to smile without a worry and think, "Hey, I came this far. I did it!"... And you did.

If you ever feel bad about yourself just remember that if you were a fictional character people would probably love you for all your flaws and quirks and mannerisms that you probably hate in you.
Just remember that and move on!
