SUMMARY
MUTANT OR NOT she will always be different to everyone, until one fateful day. Taken in by group of theives called the Ravagers, she grows up with another sort of human in the group, Peter Quill. With the ability to manipulate electricity from the palms of her hands, she uses her powers to steal. After being separated from Peter, she hears about the whole Star-Lord and Guardians of the Galaxy scandal and hopes for them to reunite.
COINCIDENTALLY ASTRID WAS WITH THE GUARDIANS with their mission that started the whole saving the galaxy again. With them actually finding Ego (Peter's father) and returning to his planet, the team soon question who this man really is. They soon learn his disturbing secret that forces the team—including Astrid—to get together to save the galaxy's ass once again.
Astrid soon realizes that home isn't a place, but thé people who she calls the Guardians of the Galaxy. This was her home. Her family.
