1. Open a blank white image in PicsArt. Add black text to it.

2. Go to Add Photo and add the texture I taught you guys to make in other tutorials. It's better to use your own textures than other people's because of copyrights. For example, all my textures are copyrighted with All Rights Reserved meaning that if you guys want to use one, you have to inform me or be punished by law. Severe, I know, which is why I put up a tutorial for you guys to make your own 😉

3. Change the mode to 'Lighten'. There are others, but in my opinion 'lighten' works the best - with all types of backgrounds.
