Elder Maxson X Institute Leader Part 2

Your cold eyes lingered on the men who had taken everything away from you. You wanted nothing more but to kill them for what they had done to you and your grandfather

Sure in a way you was related to Nate but that didn't mean anything, he contributed to blowing up the institute so he was just as bad.

Your hand was placed on your wound, it was strange how you hadn't passed out yet, maybe it was the anger and frustration that got you through it and out of the building just before it exploded

You wasn't going to be so easily defeated and you had swore you'll get your revenge no matter the cost. So as you continued to glare at the two of them from besides a building you watched as the both of them looked rather defeated despite their successful mission and after a while they had finally called it a day and headed back into the building

As for you however, you couldn't move at all now. You had slid down the wall, a trail of blood behind you as your vision blurred as each second passed by.

This was it, you was either going to die or someone was going to save you. The last one you doubted very much so you had begun to accept your fate

You leaned your head back against the wall as you felt you're last breath coming and as you inhaled one more time, you're body seemed to shut down and everything went black

{3 days later}

After news broke out that the institute was destroyed everyone was beyond happy, however...they didn't understand what that really meant and you'd explain it if you survived your horrific injuries.

First you'd get payback and then show the people just how stupid they are for wanting this outcome. It was so much more than people let on. It was essential and now it was gone.

"The institute may have been destroyed in the explosion-"

"We have evidence that the institute is no more-"

"It's a shame really, they helped us in a way-"

"Are you delusional? The institute kidnapped people! How can you justify that?-"

These are just a few of the things people had been saying over the radio

But what they didn't know, was someone way more dangerous than the institute was still out there. Somewhere. And the name of that person was (Y/N).

It had been three days since you was left to die at the side of a building but what you didn't know was that a certain doctor had stumbled across you.

Sure you was lucky enough to be found by a doctor however, not all things were sun shine and rainbows.

As you found out when you opened your eyes, cause standing in front of you was none other than Doctor Carrington.

"You have got to be shitting me." You groaned out in pain. Now you kind of wished God would've been kind enough to of let you slip into the afterlife but after your 'bad deeds' you weren't surprised you was forced back into this messed up world.

"-is awake." Was the only thing you heard as you was still adjusting to your surroundings.

When everything had finally returned to normal, you saw all the railroad agents staring at you as you was tied to a chair.

You let out a whimper slightly as the sharp stabbing pain returned. Why did you have to get shot in a place where it is constantly catching on your clothes?

"So....we've heard your evil antics have come to a stop." Deacon suddenly spoke up and you scoffed in annoyance "Yeah? So what? It's only themselves they're foolin' here." You said, a painful cough leaving your lips making them frown

"Wow, you really are delusional." Tinker Tom snarled slightly and you glared back "Delusional? No. Optimistic yes." No matter what the situation was. You wouldn't give up. You would put on your brave face and Witt your way out of things however it wasn't working.

"Do you know how long we've wanted to have you here huh? In our hideout. Not yours." Des scoffed and you grinned slightly but there was only one person in the room who saw the pain underneath it and that was the doctor

But as you continued gritting your teeth in pain that's when you suddenly realised something

"How did you know I was involved with the institute?" You asked "Easy, when Nate visited the institute for the first time before he was banished. Shaun had informed him on who was working with him. You in this matter and when Nate returned back to the commonwealth he had informed us about your new...'job'."

"He informed you?! Yet he stormed into the institute with the brotherhood? Awww that's harsh." You grinned sarcastically, they saw your grin as something psychotic, unnatural yet to you it was just patronising and intimidating

"No matter, because we no longer associate ourselves with the traitor." Des said and you rolled your eyes "Will you hurry up with whatever your doing here? I have somewhere to be." You grumbled, annoyed with the amount of time they were taking up

"And why would we let you free? You never gave your victims a chance to leave did you? No you forced them." Des grabbed your shirt yet you didn't even look the slightest bit phased "Look, I have something to do okay? Let me do this first and then you can do whatever you want with me. Kill me I don't care but I have to do this one thing before." You said "and what's that?" She asked "I need to get revenge." You stated and watched as her face lit up in amusement

"I don't like you okay? But fine. Do as you wish." She said and you couldn't help but snarl, that was easy.

She began untying you and when she was done you stood up, placing your hand on your wound to stop the pain and began limping over to where your guns were

"I don't think this is a good idea. She isn't in the condition to fight anyone." Doctor carrington said yet you shook your head as you placed your Sniper on your back, and placed your pistol in the holster

The agents watched you intently, waiting for you to make a move however you didn't. Looking at them one last time and walked out of the headquarters

"You are a bunch of fools. She's going to die you know?" The Doctor scoffed angrily "It isn't our problem." Des said and with that got back to work

The only way for you to get into the Brotherhood was to put on your Power armour that you had been given in the institute as you had to do a similar mission with them before, That way you'd be able to get on the Ship without being Questioned

So here you was, Stepping into your power armour, getting up the map on your pip boy and placing a marker upon the ship

"This is it, this is where it all ends."
