Best Friends with Louis Tomlinson

He chuckles as well. "Course I do. I remember everything about you" he teases.

"It's because you love me" you shoot back.

"You're right, I do" he laughs, poking you in the stomach.

"LOU! You know how ticklish I am!" you squeal.

"Exactly" he winks at you.

"Gosh. I thought that you'd be a little more mature now, living on your own for 7 months, and all. Guess I was wrong, eh?" you stick your tongue out.

"Oh, so I'm the immature one? Says the one with the tongue" he laughs.

You laugh as well. This is why you love being with Louis. You feel entirely comfortable around him; you can be yourself, and there is always countless banter between the two of you. That's one of the things you've missed most about being around him - there is always some kind of silly banter going on, which makes the day so much more fun.

"C'mon, let's head back to your place. You must be exhausted - you didn't have to come and pick me up." He says.

"Lou, I don't mind, seriously."

"But you look so tired - I feel so horrible. I could've just called a taxi or something" he frowns, slightly.

"I'm tired because I was waiting for you to get back, okay? I wanted to come" you quickly kiss him on the cheek.

As the two of you head towards the doors of the airport, the screaming just gets louder and louder. At first it bothers you a bit that you have to share him with literally 90% of the female population, but you quickly push the thought aside. It's not like they're his best friend; you are, right? So there's no need to worry. Or get jealous. Wait... were you jealous? Why would you be? It's not like the two of you are dating or anything, so you have no right to start acting all possessive. It's his first day back - he shouldn't have to worry about you. 'This is his life now' you think to yourself. 'If you want to be a part of his life, you'll just have to get used to it'

The minute the two of you get home, you're immediately tackled by your older brother (we're gonna call him Nate) and your parents.

"Louis!" your dad (let's call him Joe) says, giving him the man slap/hug thing. "Good to have you back!"

"Great to be back, Joe" Lou says. "Thanks for having me on such short notice."

"It's our pleasure" your mom (let's call her Nikki) hugs him. "We missed you, Louis" she says warmly, as Lou just smiles at her.

"TOMMY!!" Nate says. "Sup, lil bro? Missed (y/n) so soon?" he winks, also giving him the man hug thing.

"You know it" Lou says, winking at you.

"Now you listen to me. If you even attempt to break her heart-" Nate begins to say.
