Chapter 1~new addition

AJ'S Pov

Tomorrow is the first day of school and I am so nervous. In addition the things Harry said three weeks ago about being popular is still fresh in my mind. I have never been good making at friends and I have major anxiety, Harry and Marcel are my only friends. I know I am worrying too much but I can't help it, it's all I have been thinking about. Harry wouldn't leave me...would he? UGGGG I need to stop thinking about this!

I decided that I should shower and get ready for bed since it was 10:30pm and I start school tomorrow. After my shower I blow dried my freshly washed hair so I could straighten it tomorrow. I set out my outfit and made sure my bag was packed and everything I needed was ready. When I finally finished it was 11:30, I was so tired as soon as my head hit the pillow darkness came over me.

AJ's Pov

Mom drove the three of us to school we were all pretty nervous. As she pulled in we could see all the juniors and seniors park and getting out of there cars.

"Enjoy your first day of high school!" Mom said as we all got out of the car.

"Bye" I said as I got out following Harry and Marcel in through the front gate of our new school, but as soon as we got in Harry ran over to Liam and Niall and they were with two older boys that I didn't know so I decide I wouldn't follow, but as I turned around to walk with Marcel I realized he was gone as well. I frantically looked through the groups of people spotting Marcel hanging out with his friend Leeroy. Great I am all alone I thought. The first bell rang and I new where I had to go.

I was the first one in the room, History my first period of the day. I loved history it is my favorite class.

A minute passed and more kids filled the empty desk in front of me, after all I had chosen a seat in the very back.

The bell rang signaling it was time for lunch. I went and payed for lunch and looked around I saw Harry with Liam and Niall and looked harder and saw Leeroy eating lunch with Marcel...so I was eating alone then. I walked around trying to find a spot to eat. finally I found a spot in the grass near the PE area that was empty and decided I would eat here today.

I sat there quietly eating lunch until a group of jocks walked by and started laughing at me. I instantly felt bad and threw my lunch away. I quickly walked to the library finding it empty I decided I would stay in here for lunch from now on.

Finally the bell rang dismissing the end of the day! I quickly gathered all my things and went to the front gate to wait for Harry and Marcel so we could walk home since mom was still working. Not long after Marcel and Leeroy showed up, Marcel said farewell to his friend and waited with me.

"How was you day?" Marcel asked adjusting his glasses.

"Fine, how was your day?" I asked him as Harry showed up.

"Oh it was marvelous!" he said as we started our journey home.

"What was marvelous?" Harry asked confused coming into the middle of our conversation.

"My day at school today" Marcel responded.

"How was your day Harry?" I asked.

"It was great Liam, Niall and I sat with the popular kids at lunch today and there was this really cute girl named Maddie and I think she likes me!" Harry said excitedly.

"Oh" I said quietly as Harry and Marcel continued talking about their wonderful first days in high school.

I just kept thinking about being laughed at when I sat alone at lunch, it we made me sad and I just wanted it get home already. I walked a bit faster but Harry and Marcel were too busy talking to realize I was upset and walking ahead.

When we finally got home I went to my room and played loud music and started on homework, it was an English assignment we had to write an essay about anything so the teacher could see how well we write or something like that.

I decided to write about my adoption and life with my brothers, I call them my brothers because they really are brothers to me maybe not by blood but it feels like it.

I began writing and over an hour later I had the final paper done and printed. I sat on my bed reading over the paper to see if I had any mistakes, after I read it and was pleased with my work I began writing song lyrics. I love writing songs, I play the guitar, drums, piano, violin and I am learning how to play the harp. Lets just say I love music a lot.

I was writing lyrics for about hour but decided to take a break and shower and get ready for bed. It was only 7:30 but I wasn't hungry so I didn't eat dinner. After my shower I decided to check my twitter and Instagram then finally I fell asleep.
