Franky's POV
Molly. Her name went through my head over and over again. When I went back to school, her name coursed through my thoughts. The only thing that distracted me is when I came to visit mom.
Gosh, she was beautiful. She changed my perspective on people who are badly sick. I now realize that diseased people are actually...people, not just some sap story in the news.
"Franky!" my math teacher brought me back to reality.
"What?" I said confused.
"Answer the problem." I squinted at the question on the board and solved it quickly in my head.
"X=56," I replied and my teacher nodded.
"Thank you. Now, Veronica, you've got number two." As she walked up to the SmartBoard, she glanced back and winked at me. I smiled at her, but it wasn't genuine. All I was thinking about was Molly.
