"Do you want to go to the dinner?" She asked while swinging herself on some swings in which we used to play when we were little
"Why not?" I said "I haven't seen my family and I missed them"
"We should go get ready" she said "It's 5:00 pm already and the dinner is at 7:00" she said while looking at her watch
"Okay see ya then" I laughed and left
I was texting Violet telling her about my summer and telling her about the dinner, she told me about Canada and about this guy she met at her neighborhood, his name was Dean and that he was sweet and all about it. I was walking when I suddenly hit someone
"Wow! I'm so sorry" I said and stood up with my head down, I was really embarrased
"Are you going to hit me everytime I see you?" I lifted my head and it was Matthew
"Oh I'm sorry Matthew! but remember the first time wasn't my fault" I laughed
Matthew's POV
I crashed against Daniella.. again.. we started talking and she told me about a family dinner she was having with all her family, I wasn't paying attention, I only focused myself in her eyes and her smile, God! she's so perfect! I looked really dumb staring at her
"Why are you staring at me?" she asked
"Because you're beautiful" I said and she blushed
I walked her home and when we got there she stood there silently looking at her feet.
"Daniella I was wondering if you'd like to go on a date with me..?" I asked a little bit nervous
"I've only known you for two days" she said "but I'll say yes" she said blushing even more I thought she was going to say no
She stayed quiet and smiling.. I kept looking her green eyes, I still don't know why are her eyes green they should be brown like Shawn's but they are beautiful.
"I like your eyes" I said
"Thank you" she smiled
"Why are they green? I mean they should be brown as Shawn's" she laughed
"My dad's eyes are green, Shawn and I are twins but we are not identical, he's a boy and I am a girl, I am not going into detail but yeah" she laughed, I love her laugh
"I like your laugh" I said again and she blushed and laugh again
"What else do you like about me?"
"Everything" I said and took a step closer to her
"Stop flirting Espinosa" she smiled
"I am not flirting" I laugh taking another step, she looked at me in the eyes and I thought this is my moment, I started to lean in and apparently she also did when we were about to kiss.. BOOM! The door opened and Shawn was standing there looking at me with the death look
"you should get ready for the dinner, Boo" he said
"In a second" she answered. She look at me and started walking away but immediately she turned and walked to me again
"Goodbye Mr. Espinosa" she said and she kissed my cheek. After that she ran back to her house like a little kid and Shawn saw her and smile, when she was totally gone he looked at me.
"Matt.." he started but I cut him off
"Shawn I can't, okay?" I said "I love her.. I really do, I am in love with your sister" I said kinda screaming
"Bye Matt" he said really mad "I know you'll hurt her"he closed the door, Daniella doesn't know about this, she doesn't have an idea! She doesn't know her twin brother wants me away from her.. but..What if.. she feels the same about me? Yeah! that'll be amazing! but Shawn! I can't believe my best friend is ruining this. I need help
"Hello CARTAH" i said. Yeah, I went to carter'a house just for help
"Hey Matt" we bro-hugged
"Bro I need help"
"With what?"
"Daniella"
"Shawn's sister?! this is awkward! what's wrong" he asked
"I like her but Shawn doesn't want me near her, I invited her to go on a date with me, she accepted and after that I was about to kiss her and Shawn opened the front door and saw so he called her and she left and Shawn told me that I was going to hurt her."
"Dude! are you drunk? If shawn finds out he is going to kill you" he screamed
"That's why I need you to distract him"
"I can't believe I'm doing this.." he said and I smiled "when?"
"You are the best!" I jumped "tomorrow at 7:00 pm"
"I won't be alone" he said
"What?" I asked
"The jacks, Cameron and Nash are coming with me"
"Don't you think Cameron and Nash are from Shawn's side"
"Dude, there are no teams in this friendship, Aaron is also coming" he said looking at his phone
"What about Taylor" I asked playing with a baseball
"Really?"
"What" I said really confused
"Matt you are totally lost, Taylor likes Daniella" my eyes widened and my mouth got totally opened
