It started with 'I' and ended with 'You'

Chapter 2: watch your tone, baby.

Jungkook let out a small tired laugh, he was still beautiful, but it was definitely a sleeping beauty.

"no, I've been here since six, the shop's been pretty busy recently so it needed the extra help."

six in the morning or six in the evening. This worried yoongi, he saw he visible need for sleep in his eyes and he was suppressing a yawn.

"go home, jungkook. You need rest."

As much as he loved seeing the barista every day, but he wanted his waiter to stay healthy. But jungkook shrugged off Yoongi's request and changed the subject to their orders

"so, regulars right? Double espresso for chim and pitch black for yoongi" a small smirk danced on jungkooks lips. Yoongi found it taunting. Oh the things he wanted to do to that boy. Yoongi played a smirk of his own. Game on.

"as long as you're here, won't need the sugar, sweetness."

"whoever said I was sweet, I could be just as bitter as you"

Yoongi liked this. He liked it a lot. And it would be a sin if Jungkook said he didn't. Truth be told, he had the hot's for yoongi, and even if he thought he was being coy with it, it showed clear as day. His co-workers teased him about it every time he disappeared behind the kitchen doors and out of yoongi's sight. He knew the older stared when he went away, so every once in a while he would pretend to drop something just to pick it back up, knowing he set the gears in the olders head rolling.

"now now beautiful, whoever said I was bitter"

"me."

Yoongi forced himself to not tug at his lip with his own set of pearly whites, jungkook made yoongi have... thoughts.

"watch your tone, baby" the sentence was dripped in sin and want, and yoongi had no shame apart from the first time.

Game over.

Jungkook wasn't sure I he could see straight anymore, but then again, did he ever see straight? The last sentence that came out of Yoongi's mouth set him off, the southern region of jungkooks body started to feel hot. Fuck.

He played it off with a sly smirk and looked back down at his note pad hat was meant for taking orders but was filled with panicked scribbles instead.

"ill be back in a moment."

That moment seemed to last a while because by the time jungkook got back to them, it was 30 minutes after he left. What was he doing exactly?

Yoongi couldn't stop eyeing the waiter that shuffled around table to table giving, coffee, tea and sny other delectable treats that yoongi paid no attention to. The only treat he had his eyes on was the blonde's lips and cheeks. Jimin noticed.

"ask him out."

"what??"

"ask jungkook out. Its obvious you like each other."

"okay, as long as you ask Taehyung out."

jimin flushed pink and slightly hesitated.

"deal."

Yoongi watched as his friend awkwardly walked up to the cashier and greeted him with that sucker punch smile of his that made everyone swoon. Yoongi couldn't help but smirk at the sight, jimin knew exactly what he was doing.

"is he finally asking tae?"

Yoongi nodded, already knowing who h sweet tune belonged too. But what shocked him was the sudden warmth that seated itself beside him. He's so close is what ran thru yoongis mind and he smells just as delicious as he looks.

"yeah we had and deal" he turned and faced jungkook. And Jesus Christ was he close

"speaking of, would you let me take you out, jungkook?" he seemed calm, he really did. But his insides were burning and alarms seemed to go off in his mind.

"damn handsome." his laugh after gave yoongi a little less confidence then he initially started with.

"I've been waiting for you to ask since last week. So yes, I will." he felt a warm sensation on his cheek before his coffee boy danced away onto another table with the lingering words "pick me up after work at 6 on Friday" yoongi's excitement showed through a pink tint on his cheeks and a wide grin displayed itself. His friend returned and they said the same thing, in unison.

"he said yes."

looks like yoongi's day isn't off to that bad of a start after all.
